First time we have stayed at this location - it was huge and spacious, both in terms of the room and the reception/bistro/deck areas. Staff were friendly and attentive. Restaurant for dinner for very good. Great location with views over the water. Room had everything needed (but no air con - which didn't both us, and not needed during our...

The term 'Resort' is used loosely, maybe they should just be called Tidal Waters to bring customer expectations down. Room seemed nice enough, quite large which is good. Terrible bed with springs sticking in your back. Outdated decor in rooms. They could do so much better with the bathroom as it is a large space, when I stepped into the...

nice and central location on the waterfront, restaurant dinner was good, unfortunately no airconditioner and in summer that is a main issue, needs a little updating, but we spent only night time in the room due to travilling up to bay of fires and lunch at Salty Seas bar. friendly staff and bathroom was adequate

The location provides a great water view or overlooks some gardens; both of which make for a relaxing view. We enjoyed a meal in a busy venue but the place. The staff and the kitchen provided a fine, fun and tasty experience with good grace. They made it look easy.

Our brief stay at the Tidal Waters Resort was welcomed with our lovely view of the sea shore and hilltops surround. Staff were always kept busy, although always kept up with high demand for dinner & drinks. We watched the glorious sunrise from our balcony and the beautiful sunset from the outside decking. Would definitely recommend this place.

I really wanted to like this place. Wonderful location, good sized room, bed reasonably comfortable. But there are a few issues. There is no air con (small fan provided though), the walls are thin and noise easily travels between rooms, the decor is a bit dated and could do with refreshing. So a bit of a mixed bag. Food in...

7pm dinner time. Great food and lovely waitress. Our service was good but a few tables complained, with good reason, at how slow the service was. 2 waitresses were working and 2 other older people seemed to be "pushing buttons" looking at paperwork and in the way. Nice dinning room, decor a bit dated but clean and light filled. Needs...

No aircon. Boiling hot. Stuffy rooms. Hate to think what this place would be like in the winter. The pool was refreshing and staff were apologetic. Service was slow at dinner and also mentioning no air-conditioning

The rooms have got plenty of space. They are clean and tidy. So thats all good. But it needs work. We are in a water view room. The bed is awful. No spinal support or soft top. Just a really cheap nasty spring mattress that needs replacing. Its needs the tip. The walls and ceiling are very thin. You can...

This resort is a bit dated and in need of maintenance. While it was clean and comfortable, for the price and label of "resort" it should be of a more modern standard. For example, the TV, bathroom and curtains needed upgrading. The desk staff were very helpful and friendly in recommending a place to eat and in answering my questions...
