We visited here and were able to book in the last available unpowered site the day before visiting! We arrived to find a massive site (number 7) so we had plenty of room for the two of us. There is a beautiful short walk, a few minutes, to the beach which is great for a swim. The facilities are clean...

Our first visit to Tasmania and our stay at the Big 4 Holiday Park is highly recommended! It is clean, highly maintained and a great location being not far from the Port Arthur site but also in a sheltered spot near this pretty beach! The camp kitchen is both clean, comfortable and very well equipped! We will come back for...

Not a bad location, powered sits are on the small side and tiered so most of the spot is on a slope. It's set up for vans and motor homes, we have a camper trailer and it JUST fit. Also, whoever thought it was a good idea to have a skate track made of hollow plastic should be fired immediately,...

Great location for Port Arthur which is where we spent most of our time, possibly stayed a bit too long as it is very isolated from anything else, shopping was a hassle as the closest larger store was a 15 minute drive. On the negative side staff could possibly be a bit more welcoming and friendly to guests, a couple...

This was a lovely site. My favorite of all big 4 and discovery parks in Tasmania, followed by cradle mountain. Separated by bush on both sides. Come prepared though with fire wood. Being in a motorhome had some drawbacks. We left to do the ghost tour (highly recommend it more than the day tours). Steve is a great story teller!...

This holiday park is located just besidr Stewart bay, about 5 minutes walk. Great spot for a swim, beautiful water and sand. Loads of wallabies and seagulls in there. Little shop in the reception where you can find basic stuff. Wifi is not very good, slow connexion and difficult to connect.

My family & I travelled around Tasmania and stayed in a few different hotels/apartments but I have to say the Port Arthur Holiday Park was the best out of them all. The Peninsula Cabin was beautiful! Very spacious, beautiful living room, kitchen, comfy beds etc. would definitely come back here if ever in Port Arthur again.

Great place for families. Best place we stayed at in all of Tasmania. We stayed in a waterfront cabin. Was a good size for our family. Although the main queen bed is practically in the kitchen. Very small and narrow bathroom. Great camp amenities. Kids loved the playground and walking down to the bay. They loved the visits from the...

The staff at this park are lovely and very helpful. The park itself was very clean, the amenities very good, clean, hot showers (except for the showers being on a timer). You are a stones throw from the historical village and a really good base to explore the surrounding coves - definitely need a few days (if not more than...
