Fantastic hosts. Gorgeous location. Delightful stay in the Rose room with comfy bed and top quality bed linen and towels. We enjoyed the home cooked breakfast which included fritata,(catering to any specific need) with freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade breads, yoghurt and fresh fruit salad, not to mention freshly brewed coffee and a variety of teas. This B&B is top quality. A old property that is really quaint. Our hosts were excellant. Lovely tea and cakes on arrival. Good quality bed linen on a really cosy comfy bed. Lounge available. Excellent breakfast. We felt really well looked after and loved this stay

Just on our way to 4 days walking on Maria Island, we spend a very comfortable and relaxing night in the gorgeous historical house of Greg and Kerry. Husband and myself had wonderfully restful overnight here. If you like glass and chrome type accommodation do not book here. But if like us you are looking for unique and charming cottage style accommodation then we would highly recommend Sanda House. we were 5 to stay at Sanda House and found our stay perfect. The house is a stone cottage and one of the oldest in Tasmania. It is very comfortable, inviting, well decorated and each bedroom is en suite. The owners are charming made us feel completely at home and essentially did everything they possibly could to make our stay...

From moment we arrived at Sanda House we felt genuinely welcomed by Kerry and Greg. They have a cared for B & B with historic charm mixed with modern day elegance. It was great to be given family like attention and provided with all the little touches and more to make their home feel a bit like our home too....

Can't speak highly enough of Sanda House, a beautiful, sympathetically decorated heritage home with wonderfully comfortable beds, lovely breakfasts and welcoming hosts in Greg and Kerry, ten minutes drive from the Maria Island ferry. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I only spent a night here in mid-september but were very impressed by the warm hospitality of the new owners, Greg and Kerry.
