We stayed in the Heritage Cottage for 2 nights. It's a beautiful, atmospheric cottage with everything you need. The breakfast provisions were delicious including fresh bread and eggs. Belinda was wonderful with the children, allowing them to bottle feed a lamb. The gardens are stunning, as is the scenery. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and highly recommend Blackwood Park.

Belinda and Ian thank you so very much for a lovely stay at Blackwood Park Cottages. Nick and I will be back. The same serenity and joy put into the garden / grounds, is the same put into making guests feel at home. I loved that we had fresh eggs, bread, tea, etc. Supplies that we were grateful for after...

Blackwood Park Cottages never disappoint. This is almost a second home! My partner and I brought along my Mum for a short break last stay. She also was impressed. The scenery is stunning, the welcome from the hosts is the BEST, the location is so quiet and relaxing. If you want to get away from it all, get fresh country...

The cottage was delightful, very well provisioned with fresh eggs and homemade bread, and set in the most beautiful and intriguing gardens. Although it was wet it made no difference to the enjoyment of our stay with a lovely log fire,

Belinda and Ian made us very welcome from the start, with a well stocked fridge, an interesting variety of tasty eggs [ all gone I'm afraid..], buns, bread, and so on. Constantly interesting wildlife [ both domestic and wild Australian ] and of course lovely gardens which provided a basis for much discussion. Our bed was the most comfortable I've...

This place was our favourite out of the places we stayed on our 2 week trip around Tassie. So beautiful and charming. My teenage son and daughter loved it too - especially Belinda's daily bread and other baked goodies. We will definitely be back.

Many thoughtful touches in the cottage and friendly hosts made this getaway perfect. The setting is peaceful and private. it is close to many of Tasmania's amazing attractions and an easy drive to the major towns.

We stayed in Heritage cottage - it was just stunning and made the rest of our trip look ordinary. Belinda and Ian were fabulous hosts. The kids were able to help feed Flossy the lamb, the (al)paca clan, and collect the chickens eggs. We all wish we were still there.

We just returned from a Tassie trip, the highlight of which was our stay at Blackwood Park Cottages. From the moment we arrived Belinda couldn't do enough for us. She took the kids off to show them the animals, they helped feed the alpacas, collected eggs and the highlight, fed Flossie the lamb. The freshly baked bread and muffins were...

Stayed before and as always the welcome and facilities were superb in a peaceful and relaxing setting Lovely Ares to meander around and convenient to Mole Creek. The log fires are great and are so cosy in the dark evenings.
