Basic low budget room cost $89 Typical dark dingy freezing bathroom. Typical basic uncomfortable beds with old thin pillows. Bistro was of high standard and beautiful well priced food overlooking the port where the ferry comes and goes. Chicken parmy was $25 and roast of the day $19 Can play keno anywhere in facility. Had a reasonable sized pokies area...

Had a beautiful lunch at the Elimatta on our way through Devenport. Monday through Thursday $15.00 - 2 course meal - main and dessert. Beautifully cooked and presented. Their other menu meals also reasonably priced. Roast of the Day $19.00 - again a great meal. Very friendly staff and lovely venue with views over the Mersey River.

We only stayed the one night as a stop over on a road trip. We had 5 people and the room was bigger than expected and we all fitted in with room to spare. There was a double bed, set of bunks and a single bed. The rooms are very outdated and could do with some updating, but the rooms...

For the price we certainly weren't expecting The Ritz - just a comfy night close to the boat for our early start. On the plus side: cheap, reasonably comfortable beds, clean, close to the boat. On the minus: smelt musty, threadbare towels, a fan that barely moved the air on a hot night - but the last straw was "beyond...

We drove up from Launceston for lunch. Found this place and decided to pop in. What a gem of a location. Typical pub/bistro type of place. food was good... the beers on tap were a little limited though. Good friendly service. And what a spectacular view - right opposite where the Spirit of Tasmania docks and the weather was absolutely...

We spent a night at the Elimatta Motor Inn in Devonport and it was suitable for our needs. You know you aren’t getting 5 star excellence with the price you are paying but that is fine, it is in a great location with easy access to everything you need to see and do in the city. The rooms were basic...

We recently dined in the restaurant and it wasn't very nice. The meals weren't very tasty, very minimal food and not very well presented. It was a shame and we wouldn't go back there The kids meals were good for our children's ages and they came out fairly quickly

I'm not going to bag this motel, it may not be the ritz but that's reflected in the cost. A simple room with a reasonably comfy bed with clean sheets and towels. It's a bed for the night, I slept perfectly fine so I'm happy. Reasonably close to centre of town and practical for ferry users.
