I find it interesting that the general manager has said that the dining experience has been rectified....let me tell you that the $38 price for the Buffett is still the same with very poor quality food still. The desserts are still Sara Lee frozen cakes and the food is still dried up with very little taste. I was very disappointed....

Stayed for 1 night and stayed in spa room. Staff all excellent and location beautiful .bathroom was spacious and room well appointed. But noisy the walls must have limited insulation. Restaurant was good value. Overall a nice place to stay

We stayed 2 nights in a split level King room with a bush land view. Bed was comfy and room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The advertised buffet was well below expectations. The choice was limited, meats overlooked and the desserts seemed like they were just defrosted pre-prepared cakes. Very disappointing and definitely not good value for money....

This is the place to stay if you want stress! Please don't book if you like sleeping after a stuff-up at booking we were moved to a room where you can hear every little bit of noise.... The beds are awful and if you need a massage to help relax don't even bother.... They probably won't be available the days...

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, five stars for them. The room it self looked a bit tired and on a cold day it took some time for the room to heat up. There were nice cozy lounges with fire places outside the rooms which was a nice addition with games boards. I had the buffet dinner which...

We were part of a group of 22 who had the set menu in the restaurant and most were disappointed. Entree was fine, a tasting plate of cheese, meat etc. but more bread was needed. The main of prawn risotto and fish was awful. The risotto was cold and the fish not fresh and over cooked. The fish smelt of...

It's a nice decent hotel. Don't expect too much but it meets your basic needs and is generally clean (except that our kettle was rustic :( ) consider if you want a reasonably priced accomodation. We did see a wallaby outside the hotels parking area and there's a short walking track right behind the hotel. The hotel has provided multiple...

We stayed one night (wished we had longer) in March 2016. The king size bed was so comfortable I had the best nights sleep, I had to drag myself out just to take in the magnificent view from our balcony. Great location if you are planning a day or two at Cradle Mountain. The bar with its pool table provided...

We stayed here whilst exploring the local area & loved it. The rooms are large & the beds extremely comfortable. The staff are helpful and the restaurants have excellent cuisine (making it difficult to choose between the two). The area is very quiet & it was great to see the wallabies visit after dusk. We would definitely stay here again.

Not sure, maybe it's a lack of competition but it just felt like the hotel was just going through the motions so to speak. Beds were comfortable and the wildlife outside the room was amazing BUT it's noisy and the bathroom is small and dated. Doubt we'll be back in Cradle Mountain anytime soon but will explore other options next...
