The accommodation did the trick (it was a warm place to sleep with shared bathroom facilities). It can only be likened to Youth Hostel style accommodation, but I have stayed in far better hostels. This could do with a good clean while it looked like certain bits of the room and shared bathroom had been cleaned some parts clearly hadn't...

I had such a great time. Everthing was excellent from the beautiful rooms so clean, fresh and inviting with beautiful views. The staff were excellent - friendly, well mannered, professional and helpful. Lots to do. The cave walks were beautiful and the guide was friendly and informative, The breakfast was delicious and expansive and had something for everyone. I have...

The caves are TOTALLY worth the trip, and they are very far from any other accommodation, so it is worth one night. The staff members are 100% lovely, but the rooms are shabby and some are tiny. BRING FOOD. Dinner ends early and breakfast is expensive and mediocre.

As per previous reviews the only area that needs work is the training of the reception staff, the girl we first met was only new and she wasn't that helpful, other reception staff were much the same which was the complete opposite to the staff at the restaurant and the tour booking office and the tour guides. Management need to...

What a beautiful setting, but money needs to be spent to update and repair. In the stairwell pieces of the ceiling were on the floor along with a lot of dead insects. A lot of stairs to our room, not usually a problem but at the end of a long day !!!

We spent a night there a few months ago. Beautiful place, with a unique touch to nature at night. There was a very beautiful fireplace in the lobby that made the experience more interesting. The only negative that prevented me to give 5 is the lack of restaurant/cafe at night. You can hear a lot of scary voices at night,...

The hotel is in the perfect location. That's what you are paying for. The refurbished bath rooms were nice. Yes, there is no TV but you are next to the caves! Quality of the room was great and the staff nice.

I loved staying at the Caves house. The building is a Victorian style lodge and you can visit the Jenolan caves with different tour options. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was just a few steps from it. I loved the robes. About food: dinner was very good with great ingredients. Breakfast could be improved in the hot...

At 7:30 AM, 2 men holding cleaning sticks up on the window of our room, minutes later they turn their loud noisy cherry picker boom and carry on for hours. The Kangaroos were more hospitable than that bunch of inconsiderate apprentices.
