Kubba Roonga was a great break from the endless sound of Sydney city. The service was fantastic and overall it was an extremely pleasant weekend. Each day breakfast is served and you can either sit inside or out in the gorgeous backyard. It is close to some AMAZING blue mountain bush walks and the mood inside the house will let...

This is true guest house and guests are encouraged to feel a part of a shared home, however there are all the facilities you will need including an excellent spa bath in most rooms and rain shower. Also superior natural toiletries to most of the other places we stayed. We enjoyed ourselves here with our lovely hosts Chris and Graham....

We love to find accommodation that's not the stereo-type hotels and motels. In doing so for the Blue Mountains, we had trouble finding somewhere that's not a minimum two-night stay, as we could only stay a Saturday night during this week-end away. Fortunately we got lucky on a last minute booking site with Kubba Roonga. It turned out to be...

For a guesthouse, we were pleasantly surprised. Alot of people mistaken this to be a hotel so their expectations may not be correct. Personally, I find staying in a guesthouse or B&B appropriate for the Blue Mountains. My partner and I (both in our late 20's) stayed at Kubba Roonga over the October long weekend and we honestly say that...

This was our second stay at Kubba Roonga; the first time was last year in June during winter and right now it's spring. In winter it was lovely to sit around the fireplace on those cosy armchairs and have some of their complementary port. Both seasons are absolutely wonderful in their own right. I can imagine it would be great...

Chris is a wonderful host. He welcomed us into their home and made us feel very comfortable there. I would agree with all the wonderful things mentioned in other reviews. They really are true. Beautiful gardens, lots of outdoor space to enjoy, comfortable room and Spa, great breakfast and friendly, helpful host. We visited when the rhododendrons were at their...

We had a lovely mid-week stay of a couple of nights at Kubba Roonga and felt very welcomed by the host. He was most helpful with maps and suggestions for places to go bushwalking and restaurants in town for lunches and dinners. Highlights: - beautiful gardens full of colourful flowers and lots of outdoor places to sit and enjoy the...

Our room was comfortably furnished with a large spa bathroom. The b&b itself had plenty of space for guests to relax in the heritage lounge, with nice touches such as vinyl records to play, complimentary glass of port, and a coffee machine. There were quite a few signs telling you what not to do, perhaps a little over done. Breakfast...
