WE WERE AT THE PARK NOT A HOTEL. This place was wonderful to escape the heat, picture perfect location, close over the road to local pool, park, play area running creek, seats to relax in the shade, then in the tourist park ,the grounds are immaculate, cabins, powered sites, unpowered, from what I could work out only one block of amenities,...

Dear libbyhillian, We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed our location, grounds and service. We are also pleased to advise you that our amenities block has been earmarked for an internal upgrade at some point in the future. The work that has already been undertaken ensures that everyone has lots of lovely hot water and strong water pressure,...

We have just spent a week here with friends. The trip was enjoyable after a bit of a rocky start. We advised on booking that we wanted a non powered site to suit our camper trailer which would be considered a standard size for a camper trailer. When we arrived we were directed to tiny site that our camper would...

Dear Jamie, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with others. The one message that I can absolutely highlight here, is the importance of being clear about the size and type of equipment and/or vehicles that are being brought into the Park. In the instance of your own booking, we had been informed that you had a...

This is a great caravan park. We were booked in for a week and decided to come 3 days early. Nothing was a problem and we were given a site for 3 days and then we moved to the one we'd booked for the remaining week. Everything is clean and tidy and staff friendly and helpful. One morning the manager...

We stayed on a unpowered site and these are the smallest of the sites with not a lot of space between pitches. In our case we could have leaned out the window and touched the van next door but this was exacerbated by bad parking a few pitches down. Fortunately they were quiet neighbours. The site is clean with good...

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about our Park with others. We are disappointed to hear that your site was affected by other people who had spread out into other areas. As our Managers were away at the time of your stay, you would not have seen them around. They, like the staff at our sister park Katoomba, are highly...

I spent 5 nights at one of the larger cabins in this caravan park. It is a small place, but it is in a nice location with a park across the street. Very clean and quiet. Good community kitchen with 4 BBQ/grills. Our cabin was modern and had two rooms with a separate living room area and large kitchen. A...

What a pleasant park with the surrounds of Mother Nature all around, beautifull wooded setting with a family play park across the road managed by a very proud council by the looks of things. En-suite very clean and well worth the extra, large slab for van parking and ample room for the car, plenty of area to do some walking...

2 families stayed for 2 nights in Banksia cabins. Very clean and well maintained. Location very good opposite a huge park where the children were happy to spend time on the play equipment and there was even enough room to play football. Only 10 minutes drive to Katoomba.
