Have stayed here several times for business, rooms are small but bath rooms has been modernized. A bit slow service but friendly staff. Good parking. Breakfast is nice and good. Internet coverage is good and speed is acceptable.

Had Sunday lunch here with a group of friends. We hadn't met for a while and wanted a good catch-up. Started out with a drink in the bar, where the staff were very helpful and friendly, bringing us the menus so we could make our choice at leisure. Then proceeded into the Courtyard Restaurant which is very attractive and has...

Returned from holiday to find central heating down. Service engineer could not attend until next day so my wife and I stayed overnight at the nearby Birch Hotel, we had stayed there many years ago and found the hotel average at best. The hotel has been extensively refurbished, we booked B&B which was faultless, cannot speak highly enough about the...

Stayed here on numerous occasions whilst visiting family. The rooms are nicely decorated and have always been spotless. Only had breakfast here once because we ate with family other days but it was lovely and had a lot of choice, cereals, fruit, toast and jams and cooked breakfast as well as hot drinks and juices. Staff on reception desk where...

Just spent an agonising 2hrs having lunch today with a roast dinner that looked and tasted like it had been picked up off the floor yesterday. Utter laziness in the kitchen serving parsnips with a solid core with skin on and lamb that had more fat than whale's midriff ! It was disgusting. On top of that and not the...

a great place to stay if touring Sussex - or an ideal base for work in the area - good breakfast - comfortable beds and good service all apply here - as do friendly staff and a good selection of food from the bar menu

Visited on business. First impressions? Reception slow and a little disorganised. The room basic, but clean. The food was good, the waiting staff were friendly but seemed a little overwhelmed by relatively few guests? Overall? Perhaps a little tired?

Hotel is ideally located in Haywards Heath with plenty of parking. It also has free WI-FI throughout the hotel which was great. The rooms are on the small side, however, the bathroom had been recently renovated and was really nice with a big shower head/bath. The only 2 negatives are the carpet was worn and tired and the room had...

I had a ground floor double room for 2 nights which overlooked the car park. The room was impeccably cleaned with coffee making facilities and a TV with an abundance of channels available. (living in a foreign country this was a treat for me) the shower was fantastic with lots of available hot water. The bed was so comfortable I...
