Stayed here as a couple. It is a detatched house 3 minutes from the beach and promenade. We had the top floor room with king size bed and en-suite , and it was very clean and comfortable , although some may find the stairs a little steep. The owners are a very friendly and welcoming couple who know the area...

I stayed at the Swan whilst visiting my daughter who works at Butlins in Bognor. I only stayed one night but upon my arrival was immediately made to feel at home. The Host was more than friendly and helpful and seemed interested in why I had made the trip. The room, a single, was lovely and clean and perfectly adequate...

We stayed here for one night and it was lovely. Very well situated, welcoming and homely. Our room was very nice. Breakfast, which was included, was lovely. I had The Alternative Breakfast which was delicious. All in all this is a great B&B and very good value for money. Thank you 😄

My young daughter and I stayed here for a night and it really was lovely, clean and warm. Our hosts were wonderful. The only slight downfall were there was a bit party of guests staying who hogged the all the parking and were noisy coming in, in the early hours but we were just unlucky we had picked this night....

We spent 4 nights in Tony and Sandra's B&B. We could not find any fault with the accommodation. Our large room was quiet and clean, large bath towels were available for us, also coffee and tea making facilities including a chocolate and biscuits every day, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent, good value for a perfect stay.

I was going to Bognor Regis to attend the folk festival, which was wonderful! We were so lucky with the weather too. I booked a single room, but I didn't realise it was not en suite, I recommend that you double check the status of the room if you are desperate for an en suite, I managed perfectly well, but...

Sandra and Tony run a very friendly, clean and comfortable Guest House. We stayed for three nights and would definitely come back again. The breakfast was really very good. The Guest House is in a good location near the sea and there is a frequent bus service into Bognor if you don't feel like walking.

Nothing wrong with this well run guest house. We had our own bathroom & toilet, room was spotless and comfortable, breakfast was great and we were made to feel really welcome. Would stay here again. At the time of booking no hotels were available but we decided to take a chance on a guest house and were happy we did.

The only B & B of our trip - and I'm really pleased it was this one. Clean and comfortable. A fabulous breakfast - and really kind helpful people. Excellent location with off road parking. Small and friendly with lots of information available. Although we struggled with the Wi-Fi I would happily recommend.
