Toilet/sink basin small but does the job. breakfast was ok but nothing special, lift was noisy, don't think it was working properly, very noisy and did not get good sleep as heard people swearing... The room was clean and tidy although the whole hotel looked like it could do with some TLC. There were not a whole lot of people staying, but it seemed like most of us were on the same floor and there were some noisy people that seemed to converge outside our door. Breakfast was good, it could have been slightly... More

we had a night at this hotel, and to be fair for the cost it was fine, though considering its such a new hotel (approx 5 years old) its in poor condition. The staff are very polite and accomodating, and will do as much as possible to go the extra mile, unfrtunatly like many places they are understaffed and work... More

Friendly staff with a warm welcome; the whole place needs some TLC it's a bit worn at the edges - all over, carpets in the 1st floor hall has more stains than original carpet that is left... In the room which was clean with a newish carpet but it just looked and felt old and unloved - the plug in... More

Where do I start, check in was short and uneventful, no real detail given about breakfast timings or restaurant etc. The entrance reception is clean and tidy looking fairly new almost high class. However step into the room areas and it's clear no investment has made it beyond the front desk. Carpets are worn and stained and the floor I... More

I have never stayed in a place as bad as this. I can provide no positives, except for my check out date. Bring it on !!!!! Staff are rude and dismissive, rooms are shabby and the cleanliness questionable. Changed my pillow cases as they had "make up" on. Bathroom sink was blocked and would not drain, window did not fit.... More

Make sure you hand over your belt and shoelaces when you check in. Room was very cold, smelly and no lighting except one dim overhead light. A terrible experience, worst hotel in the UK. Staff were friendly enough, probably feeling deep pity for their guests.

This has to be the worst hotel I have stayed at for years or even ever!!!! I am writing this review from the restaurant where I and every other guest has been waiting between an hour and an hour and a half and still no food!! Some lucky guests have been offered food - but not the food they ordered!!... More
