Stayed here on a business trip. The hotel is very basic but liveable if for one night. We ate in the restaurant, the selection of food is very meat and dairy heavy. Not good for vegetarians at all. Curry and white rice, fish and chips, salmon and new potatoes, vege lasagne. As a vegetarian that doesn't like lasagna I ordered...

I had one night at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I gave the morning front-desk clerk a bit of work and she made sure i was able to get what I needed. The hotel is well-worn, there's no doubt, but my room was spotlessly clean and i had everythign I needed. Although I could here, in...

I was booked in here as I was at a seminar this weekend. It's pretty basic, but room was clean, warm and comfortable. Not the most exciting area, but it was 10 minutes walk from where I was going. Wifi was a bit slow and cup of tea with breakfast tasted horrible. Not sure if it was the milk or...

Stayed in a twin room for one night, and if we'd booked two nights wouldn't have returned. Underneath one bed - apart from copious amounts of dust - were a metal spoon and lighter; underneath the other bed - apart from copious amounts of dust - were the remains of a kebab. On the bathroom floor was half a strawberry....

The staff are polite and friendly and you get a large bed however the rooms are dated as is the whole hotel it's over priced for what you get the hotel is in need of a refurb and the en-suit has black mouldy and not cleaned properly would

Sadly had to stay here as other places were full, the room had dirty marks all around the light switches and card slot for the lights, hanging loose door furniture. Food wise breakfast was ok - sadly no fried eggs, scrambled eggs only. Evening meal was good though - steak and chips with the trimmings. Will try to avoid again...

The room was well equipped and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again, should the need arise, but I would note, that if you are looking for a drinking spot, then this is not it, only a couple of draught beers, and a very limited selection of spirits. Decent selection of breakfast foods, buffet...

The room (307) was shabby, filthy round the edges and the WiFi didn't work. Bathroom floor smelt like a public toilet. Reception has clearly had a lick of paint but the other communal areas smell awful. Definitely one to avoid

The hals smelled of cigarette smoke which I reported but clearly nothing was done as the fire alarm went off 2x that night. Room was comfy except for the concrete pillows. Breakfast was good apart from my dirty plate and cup. This hotel could be a great little budget hotel if more attention to detail was paid
