Arranged 22 rooms for group of parents & teenagers. Catty took utmost care & all staff were brilliant in build up & upon arrival ensuring v smooth process of checking in & out etc....usual high standard of beds & breakfast ...so ultimately it's the staff that take things from 4 to 5 !

Stayed here with my husband and son, and mum and dad in a separate room. Our room was freezing when we got to it and within a few hours of being asleep Boiling hot and stuffy. We were woken up numerous times through the night by people running around on the floor above, and also running and jumping down a...

I stay here fairly regularly for work. The hotel is consistently good. It's quiet, very clean and the beds are comfortable. Check in is always quick and the staff are friendly. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Rugby and it's very close to the M6 so very convenient

All staff, without exception, were friendly, cheerful and helpful at any time of the day. Bed was extremely comfortable and rooms were clean, comfortable ,well presented and quiet, despite the hotel's proximity to the motorway. Breakfasts were delicious with a generous selection of both hot and cold options.

The welcome we received was lovely and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble! All the staff within the hotel were really lovely, the waiting stuff in the pub were just average. The road was quite loud outside front and the lift was very noises, but the staff more than made up for that! The room and shower were clean...

this is a good quality hotel on a busy road. However, rooms are well insulated and back rooms quiet. The attached restaurant is pretty average which is the only downside as there is little choice in the surrounding area.

“Our room was upstairs and notwithstanding the families within the Inn the bedrooms were very quiet- no noise at all was heard.Very peaceful, relaxing stay! There are signs up with children advertising telling everyone to be quiet in the bedroom areas which does work!”
