Stayed for 2 nights to visit family also go to German Christmas market in Birmingham. Room was spotless, comfortable bed, room on ground floor, no noise despite close proximity to main road. Pleasant staff. Food seemed expensive at hotel for the quality, Steak bit tough , did not eat breakfast so can not comment. Good hotel for short stay.

We checked in at about eight o clock at night so could vaguely understand why room was cold to start off with but heating didn't work all night so we couldn't sleep and with a one week old baby, we were so concerned and considered checking into another hotel but there were loads of towels in the room so we...

It was in a good position. The staff were all friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a good choice. Loved the bio yogurts and catered for both vegetarian and a gluten free diet. Well done premier inn.

We stayed at this Premier Inn as stopover to go to Motorcycle show at NEC on the Monday. We arrived after a dismal rainy 3 hr journey from Lincolnshire, to a very warm welcome. The receptionist was very helpful. We went for a drink at the Beefeater attached to the Premier Inn, again a very warm welcome. We decided to...

As Premier Inns go this is a good one, lots of parking, good size, clean rooms and always pleasant staff. If you want to have dinner in the adjoining Beefeater you really need to book in advance as its always busy and usually fully booked.

Although Premier Inns are usually good value for money. The room size this time was very good for a family room. The two singles fitted easily with plenty of space to walk around. It felt as if this had recently converted to a Premier. A beefeater next door plus other restaurants and entertainment nearby. Really good value for money.

A solo visit to coventry for my sons graduation Very familiar with premier inns I thought at £103 a night this was vastly overpriced- it was a tuesday night and basically in the middle of nowhere- about a 20 minute cab ride from coventry. The room was small but adequate and in fairness the place was clean the bed fine...

Hi there It's a shame to hear you found your stay overpriced. Our prices are based on availability so will rise when we're busier and decrease when we're quieter. Our pricing team should regularly monitor our rates to ensure we're remaining competitive. I've now passed your comments on to the team for future reviews. During our quieter times the team...

Top tips are: 1. In case you aren't told, or don't realise - you can get directly from the Premier Inn to the restaurant without having to go outside in the cold and rain. There is a door in the lobby with 'Restaurant' on it but the door and sign is not that noticeable. 2. In heavy rain huge deep...
