We returned to the Chase Hotel as we needed a base between Coventry and Nuneaton for visiting some friends. The room was clean but shabby, and the shaving light in the bathroom couldn't be turned off.The breakfast used to be buffet-style and in with the room price, but now its paid for separately, and is not cheap.Food isnt brilliant,we ordered light bite sandwiches ,I...

The bed was fine, it was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good value for money but felt it should be added to room price. The bathroom was small and dated. I got hardly any sleep as the walls are paper thin so I could hear word for word conversations in the next room....

We had a family do here. The food was OK, Basic fodder really but served hot and quickly. Drinks varied and OK. It was really busy as its very popular. Don't expect a five star experience, but then that's not what its trying to be! Expect busy noisy bustling and lots of TVs! They very kindly hung onto our lost...

We have eaten at the Chase for a number of years and have found that they supply good pub food. Over the last 6 weeks we have gone to eat 3 times and to wife's concern the 'codfather' and fish and chips have not been available' It would appear if you would like fish do not go to The Chase....

Went there with 2 children and my parents. Service and good was more than adequate, very good portion sizes and a good menu on the whole. Lighting was quite poor and the whole place seemed to be dominated by chavs watching football. Any food you don't finish you can take back with you once they've wrapped it up. Whole experience...

Tok a while to find someone for reception as they were very busy in the pub when we arrived, but efficient once they started. Room was good, nice duvets, very clean, no issues. Convenient having the pub/restaurant next door, decent food good price.

Ate here and would really not bother again. We have tried the Hinckley Knight on the A5 and always found it good value for money so stopped off here as it was convenient. The place was virtually empty so (presumably) the chef could devote their attention to our meal. I had the mixed grill burger which was really dry, the...

Hadn't been here since it changed hands. I was surprised to find it quite empty of people. Having gone to The Flaming Grill near Hickley I was expecting the same quality food but unfortunately this was not the case. I ordered Italian Chicken, which arrived particularly quickly. The "sauce" was nothing more than melted cheese and the chicken enclosed in...

My self and a colleague were booked in here at the last minute the alternative being the bus shelter. With hindsight the bus shelter would have been the better option. We arrived at just gone 22.30 to a closed reception, which is conveniently located next to the bins and a skip at the rear of the building, we had to...
