Stayed here for a friends wedding nearby, we arrived quite late due to a delayed flight and our welcome was warm. We were showed to our twin room up the steepest stairs and retired to bed ahead of the big day. The room was basic and melted our needs however not on par to other establishments of this rating. The...

We booked this 'hotel' through Booking.com and the reviews weren't too bad. As it had a 3-star rating we assumed it must be reasonable. We also booked on behalf of friends we were meeting up with and what we found when we got there caused us a lot of embarrassment. First of all it is nothing like any 'hotel' we...

A very expensive B&B damp, old ,breakfast was a small portion traffic noise like sleeping on the side of the motorway, really thought we were ripped off. The smell of damp was enough to make you reach,The bedding was musty and damp, you have to stand in a bath for a shower ,i don't know why they call themselves a hotel ????? be...

Lovely small privately owned hotel... Ideal for walking into Henley in Arden. Although on the main through road not noisy. Basically furnished, but adequate with en suite facilities. Lovely comfy bed and paramount in my opinion.... spotlessly clean... Freshly cooked FAB breakfast.... Definitely would stay again.

This was a surprise for my partner so slightly disappointed to arrive and the whole building was covered in scaffolding. The lady who served breakfast gave us no choice and didnt even tell us there was cereal or juice. As we stay in a lot of b and b this wasnt one of our best experiences. Room was clean and...

To pay £90 B & B you would expect a lovely little warm room, clean bed, welcoming host. This place is tragic. When we arrived it looked as though it was closed, no lights on and covered in scaffolding. The lady of the house greeted us as if we were a pain in the bum, no lights on in the...

We stayed here for one night with friends. Both rooms were very cold and in need of updating. There is a small electric shower which is hot but no shower products and also no hairdryer. The linen was clean but old and had stains. There is no wi fi in rooms. Good breakfast but at £85 per night not good...

On arrival the "host" gesticulated in a Lurch -type manner that we must walk round the front with luggage, when really she could have let us in the entrance near the car park. We were then shown to our room via the almost vertical staircase. The room was dark and cold with no heating on at 5pm. We soon went...

Stayed here while on a business trip in the area. I won't be returning. The sheets smelt musty as if they were damp when they were put in the bed and the wifi was almost non existent - not good if you're trying to catch up with emails before going to bed. Breakfast in the morning was ok.

On first appearance the house is a clean looking conversion from a family home to a Bed & Breakfast, booking was completed through an alternative website and which seemed to be straight forward and paid in full. The B&B is situated on a busy cross-road on the Stratford upon Avon road just inside the boundary of Henley in Arden, previous...
