We booked to stay overnight on a trip to Stratford upon Avon, my partner recieved a text to say room was ready and key was left in the door upon arrival. Initially we were pleased with the room the bathroom was clean with nice decor. The bedroom looked as if there had been a leak painted over recent and there...

We stayed at The Henley Lodge for two nights for the Henley Music Festival. It is lovely, 4 rooms only all overlooking ther garden which is plain but never the less a lovely view. It is unstaffed for check in, but we did not find this a problem, I received a text giving me a room number and the key...

Saturday night stopover for our anniversary meal in Henley. The room was small but nicely decorated and clean with a nice cosy bathroom. Depending on your needs our room was OK and was just what we needed for a one night stay for a couple. I'm not into cat swinging anyway so the fact that there wasn't room to do...

Don't get me wrong, the room was clean and comfy. I slept well for the one night and enjoyed watching the TV. The wifi was good but I couldn't figure out the computer that was provided so I used my phone for internet. We've recently been in the US and this was like a motel, but without the friendly welcoming...

Stayed here recently as a little gift from the in-laws for my birthday. Looks great from the outside (and the website) with the promise of luxury bathrooms etc. The reality didn't quite live up to that but it certainly has potential. Quirky building, great location. The room was very small or was it the the bed was gargantuan and impractical...

The Henley Lodge offers an unacceptable level of poor quality. No meet or greet upon arrival. The complimentary milk was off upon arrival. The twin room was 2 single beds pushed together in an unacceptable way. The website photos do not show the actual small size of the room and bathroom. The bathroom door did not close properly or have...

I stayed here whilst working in Solihull. I am used to staying in hotels that cater for business guests but this sadly wasn't the case. The room was quite small and opened up to a small deck and the countryside which was nice but not so much so in the winter. There was a small desk in the room but...

Well presented rooms, comfortable and nice to have access to the outside. But let down by thin walls, presumably with the TVs mounted on the wall next to the bed of the room next door and far closer to the road than expected. Overall, good value and worth a stay as dog-friendly and in a good location.

I was checked in via text message the morning of my stay with a, keys in the door message! Once I'd found it - it wasn't clear where my room was, it took some working out. The room was clean and tidy with a good TV. The bed was comfy but you couldn't walk around the bed with only access...
