I have been using the Dun Cow for fifty years long before it was Innkeepers lodge as I lived in Dunchurch I moved away 1w years ago and since have stayed there three or four times a year and have seen it go down hill in a BIG WAY I have written to the Company but have never had a...

Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff, but food hugely disappointing; baked cheese starter fine, but undercooked gritty risotto not great and the later repercussions left more than an unpleasant taste.

I can never understand why this pub/restaurant is always busy. The food is not great, avoid if you like freshly prepared as this is all pre packed boil or microwave food. Always have very young staff who don't know there backside to their elbow although they are very honest when ordering food as we were told to avoid the steaks...

Stayed for 2 nights for a wedding nearby. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms large and spacious. We ate in the pub 1 evening and food was delicious and well priced. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Booked simply for the location and didn't expect too much from a £70 room. But what a glorious surprise - the room was large, the area was quiet, and the service - both in the hotel and in the bar - was top notch. I would particularly like to express my appreciation for the staff. To start with there were...

This place has gone down hill, we used to come here a lot but the standard of the food is shocking!! See pic of steak and ale pie!! Served in a dish with a huge puff pastry lid to hid the pitiful filling! I reported this straight away to the waitress and told her that a picture had been taken...

Nice pub with cosy nooks. Pleasing and ambient surrounds. Good choice of menu, very tasty and reasonable portions. We had lunch, was quite busy but waiting time for food was minimal. A popular pub in a pretty Warwickshire village.staff are cheerful and polite. Would recommend a visit. Will be returning soon👍🏼

As we had to spend sometime in the room it would have been good to have a chair to sit on there was only bed and hard chair. Food okay. Staff friendly good parking facilities. Good selection for the continental breakfast.

Once again this year nine of us stayed at the Dun Cow but i must say the only negative comment we have this year was the quality of the food.We ordered food the first night and to say it was disappointing is an understatement. Some of the group ordered beef or lamb dinners, others had the burger and triple cooked chips. The beef...

We have eaten here many times over the last two or three years and have always been happy to recommend the ambience, food and service. Lunch today was a disappointment. Ambience is still lovely, service friendly and helpful but the food a let down. The haddock and main dish of the day was unavailable. My King prawn and lobster starter...
