We stayed there recently in December 2016. We found it absolutely great for the price we paid - the room was clean, we had our own shower, tea making facilities which they supplied tea bags, coffee etc. We had tv and they supplied a card which meant we could come and go as we pleased and we were able to...

maybe a budget decision too far...!!! yes ..we all want a great priced deal... but this quirky establishment in the middle of a council estate is probably a step too far.. and i have stayed at travelodges for 50 pounds a night / which are a great product / Some of the rooms do not even have towels provided... you...

Honestly the worlds worst hotel ever! Awful service not safe. Main doors could be kicked once and they would break. the roof top was the smoking area with Fags everywhere. the door was left unlocked all night so anyone could walk in! I found flees on the bed and floor witch left me itching all night didn't get to sleep...

Don't take too much notice of previous reviews - this was ideal for us as we needed to be near family in Kingston for a couple of nights... Room was very basic but clean, bed comfortable, shower hot & very quiet both nights... TV worked fine & hotel manager was polite & friendly sorting us out a parking space right...

Trashy unused pub rooms let out to pay for pub conversation to hostel! Dirty bed linen covered in clean laundry. Absolutely disgusting rip off. Wouldn't let my pet rat stay there without being worried for its welfare!

Didn't even get out the car although there was no where to park. My mistake booked this with out reading tripadvisor, to be honest wouldn't believe Kingston would have an area like this. There are far better hotels in the area so why would you.

Stayed here last night and will never be back unless accompanied by environment health. You pay for what you get and naturally you would expect the basics but to spend the night in pure filth is not what I imagined. Dampness and cracks on the roof, soiled mattress, bed was held up by wood blocks and very creaky. The TV...

We booked this a bit last minute as we were looking for somewhere cheap to stay while visiting family. After booking it we looked at reviews and went into a bit of a panic as there seemed to only be negative comments. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised. The owner was very welcoming and helpful and went out of his...
