Nice and helpful people. Small rooms, wifi is good only in the bar. But good place for a short stay. Interesting sink for people from different country. Noisy in Friday and Saturday evenings because of the bar.

Stayed here for the 4 year whilst working at the NEC, about 20 mins drive away. Good size room, comfy bed leading to good nights sleep. Showroom not the biggest but clean and working and hot water, what more do you need. Fresh cooked , decent choice at breakfast, good honest pub grub meals in the evening and lots of...

Car park a little difficult to locate but lady behind the (very busy) bar extremely helpful and told me how to reach it. My single room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The en suite was tiny but perfectly adequate and very clean, all I needed for one night after an exhausting day at Crufts ! The evening...

We booked for two nights but only stayed one as the noise made it impossible to sleep. The rooms are clean and tidy and in overall good repair. The food in the evening was good as was the cooked breakfast, the cereal/fruit buffet bit was a bit disappointing. Unfortunately the noise from the bar and being at the front, was...

Came openminded, as we didn't know the area. Lovely place, stooped in history, unfortunately our room stank of stale cigarettes (clearly see yellow seeping through painted walls) Our kettle was yellow, full of limescale, unable to make a drink. The shavers only light and charger did not work, the TV had trouble getting started and the amount of dust accumulated...

We stayed just the one night but it was a pleasant stay, clean and comfortable in a reasonably sized room, food served in the bar till 2145 on arrival, breakfast was lovely and hotel itself ideally situated in the town centre with its own small car park. Would definitely stay again
