Things took a turn for the worse! We had our...

We booked this hotel primarily because of its location - one of us had a business meeting to attend in Leek, & the other thought a walk around the lake whilst this was going on would be good. On that level it delivered, but pretty much everything else was a miserable failure. It looked OK on the website, the price...

Set in a beautiful area, the room was very clean & spacious. The car park was free but at times it did get very busy. On arrival, my mum & her partner received the key to their room immediately, but I had to ask multiple times for the key to my room (pre-paid for both rooms before arrival, but I'm...

Fabulous setting and the room was clean. Could hear a generator the whole night we stayed. The food at breakfast edible but nothing to write home about. Stayed in room 5, the sink was in the bedroom not the bathroom was a bit weird

The food was super, breakfast was buffet style and full English and they have a daily carvery which was only £5.95 and very good value. Overall a very...

Just returned from a 3 night stay at the hotel Rudyard. The location cannot be beaten, it is so pretty. Ample free parking, though the car park does get very busy during carvery serving times. Staff: Most of the staff at this hotel are an absolute credit. They seem genuinely happy to help with anything. Nothing seems too much trouble,...
