We stayed in a courtyard room as we were traveling with a dog. The room was on the small side but the bathroom was large and modern and had a bath which I always like after a day walking. My only niggle is that the Wi-Fi doesn't stretch to the courtyard rooms at all so these rooms do not get...

Would recommend staying here to anybody! Fabulous place, very very clean, bedrooms are plush and comfortable, amazing breakfast and the owners/staff are attentive and completely made my stay thoroughly enjoyable. Beautiful location and you can see how much care and attention is given to both the business and guests. Will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you to Shelley and...

Unable to use the shower as the water was either far too hot or far too cold - nothing in between. Loud music. Landlady flatly denied both - obviously living in some parallel universe. Broken refrigerated cabinet in the bar, so no cold drinks. Invited us to leave, which we did.

Arrived Friday to a friendly welcome, showed to our room and it was fantastic, we stayed for two night and both of them we were very comfortable. Breakfast was well cooked and hot and fresh. Great touch to have a guest lounge with sky Tv. And the owners were very helpful with knowledge of the area and recommended good days...

Most establishments can provide good service and comfortable rooms etc on the odd occasion, but the mark of a truly good establishment is one that consistently provides a high level of service and accommodation. The White House is one such establishment. I have used the White House 3 or 4 times a year for a number of years. Each time...

We stayed for three nights at The WhiteHouse. The owners were friendly and helpful. Some of our party had a room in the main house which was large and well furnished. The two single rooms we had had in the court yard were very small but nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. There was a good selection of teas,...
