Two of us, one a wheelchair user, with dog, stayed in Corner Cottage for a week, and were joined by family members for a long week-end. The cottage was more than adequate for all of us, and was very clean and well equipped with everything that we needed, including two cots and high chairs. The indoor pool was basic, but...

The location could not be better and we found Watchet to be an unspoilt and charming village. The children loved finding fossils on the beach and crabbing and fishing. The walks locally were lovely and the coastline is amazing. The cottages were very clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have had an extra bathroom or at least...

We stayed in Cross Cottage which was lovely and clean, and with an 11 and 16 year old, very spacious. The cottage is charming and the tray of tea and coffee etc on our arrival was very welcoming, Thank you. It's great to have a swimming pool to use. Though we only used it twice as we ended up so...

Web site and pictures do not do this enough justice. Beautifully clean accommodation and very cheerful welcome despite our later than planned arrival. We stayed in number 5 croft cottages and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great base for exploring further afield. We found the staff on site to be helpful and polite at all times and made us and our dog...

With some trepidation, following a less than satisfactory correspondence, we arrrived at the destination. As this was our first ever holiday in this type of accommodation, I was unsure of what to expect. The first impression was marred by it being located next to derelict commercial buildings. We were directed to a cottage covered in lush foliage. The remainder of...

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We have noted your seniority in this field. The derelict buildings that you mention are of great historical importance and are safely maintained whilst awaiting a new lease of life. Your trepidation and mention of communications I can only assume must be in reference to the acknowledgement...

Just returned from a great week at Croft Holiday Cottages. We stayed in Croft Bungalow 1a. Lesley and Andrew made us and our dog (a yellow lab) very welcome. The bungalow was ideal and the garden being south facing and secure was a bonus. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio most mornings. Watchet is a super place. Would recommend the...

I have to say that I agree with one of the other reviews here. We stayed in the Linhay number 5 and found that although it advertises as dog friendly it is more dog tolerant. There is a long list of rules that are not made clear until you are actually staying in the home. My dog was also indirectly...

We could not ask for more from our stay in Watchet. We stayed in bungalow 1a and it was more than adequate for us and our little westie. We were welcomed when we arrived and each day we were asked how things were. The great little touch of milk, sugar, teabags, coffee and biscuits was a really kind thing to...

We had a fantastic stay in the Cider Barn with our two year old son. The accommodation was light, airy, and beautifully clean. Our little boy especially enjoyed hearing the whistle of the steam trains each day. The pool was very clean and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves each time we went in. The temperature was...
