We arranged a walking party in Somerset and the first meeting point was the Hood Arms. An excellent choice it was too. The food and service were first class and the girls on duty couldn't have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

I stopped here for lunch last Tuesday. My first visit since the new owners took over. We had lunch and the food was superb. The burgers were home made to a very high standard and the prices of the food and drink was reasonable too....More

As the other guests have said well behaved dogs are most welcome but not in the dinning area but please phone and check to make sure they have not changed there policy
