I have to say I was scared when I read a few reviews and quite apprehensive. However it was very pleasant in the majority. The room was way bigger than I expected and the bathroom and there are curtains despite some reviews saying there are not. The beds comfy and we got 2 good night sleeps when we went last...

We stayed in a self-catering chalet 'Nailsea' for just 2 nights to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The price was excellent considering it was the first weekend of the summer holidays, so we weren't sure what to expect. The chalet was very spacious and well laid out. It was basic but we found it clean and it had everything we needed...

No cutlery other than one spoon for drinks so takeaway was a poor option . on site restaurant was OK but when we were there no chicken or steak as the char grilller was down. What happened to the good old frying pan?No microwave. Just a bed and TV plus bathroom. Comfortable but towels tired e.g. stained. Can't really complain...

Warren Village is divided between Standard and Superior. We booked standard family chalet for 3 nights and left after 2. They charge 3% for payment by credit card this was not declared before arrival. We experienced a unit that did not meet the basics requirements in terms of hygiene, security or adequate facilities. Details are: A poorly maintained and unclean...

Booked online then made to pay extortionate extra fees which were not explained - could not cancel by this time as within the week before arrival. I feel they took advantage of this fact to heap on extra costs.

We had a 1 night stay, food in Angelinas the on site restaurant excellent. However with no hot water in the lodge to have shower in the morning really put a downer on the visit. Boiling the kettle 10 times to have a kind of Bath not very good.

I'm so glad that I didn't read the awful reviews before we arrived, I may have cancelled. The chalet/lodge which we stayed in for 2 nights was excellent, clean, had microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, TV, everything you need for self catering if you need it. We could have had a cooked breakfast which was extra but we had brought some...

Goo location for either visiting Bristol or Weston-Super Mare. Village is very clean and well kept. All staff were very pleasant. The restaurant has a good selection of food at reasonable prices. Had the Gammon with mustard and cheese topping which was very pleasant and the accompaniments very plentiful. My partner had the baked potato with prawns which again was...

We stayed in a basic chalet while we did not expect much, we did expect the bedsheets not to be covered in sick. We only noticed this on the second night of our stay as the sick was 'hidden' on the bed side of the sheet. This meant my four year old had slept in it for two nights! The...

Another good visit. Stayed again in superior lodge. Ideal for one night stop. Clean, but did notice cobwebs on the front of lodge. Quite noticeable when I was sitting outside enjoying the sun. Shame! The space inside is really good. Nice size bathroom again only one little thing that would of made it better, not a blind at window. You...
