I recently stayed here in the family suite room, it cost £95.00 including breakfast. Included in the cost was unlimited access to the on site leisure club which was great to use to relax at the end of the day. We also had spa treatments but the appointments get booked up quickly so ring up and book in advance. Breakfast...

Value for money ....most defiantly . The staff are the most happy, helpful and professional I have had the pleasure to come across . The hotel is comfortable, spacious and relaxing . The grounds are beautiful . The bed had room for four it was that big . It had the unique feature of making it feel like your home...

Stayed over recently while on business in the area. Access road is in desperate need of repair - full of potholes. Parking fine in front of the grand entrance. The health club is obviously popular. But the service in the bar / restaurant was poor. The food is very spicy ...... because that's how the chef likes it apparently! (...

Dear Mick W Thanks for your review and sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. The good news is that the main entrance driveway is being rebuilt from 30th August for a few weeks, and that will improve the journey to the main building massively. The menu in the bar and restaurant has over 30 items to choose from and only...

Received an Afternoon Tea gift voucher and chose here as it was about an hours drive from where we usually dine so made a nice change. We received a lovely welcome from Emma the receptionist and having explained we were early but happy to have a drink in the bar, she then advised that she would check to see if...

Just had afternoon tea after receiving red letter voucher for Christmas. Inside is very nice . The bar, lounge area and dining room were beautifully decorated and very well kept and the staff were very welcoming and friendly and our table by the window was lovely and looked out onto the foot golf course which was very nice but could...

Dear GeorginaDrew Thanks for your feedback on the afternoon tea. I'm sorry the sandwiches weren't as described and the bread not as fresh as it should be. However, the cakes definitely were home made along with the scones as we have our own pastry chef who takes great pride in making nice sweet treats and never buys anything in ready...

WE only went there for an afternoon tea as the Buckatree Hall hotel does not do one. The tea was excellent in every way. Priced at £16.95 it was worth every penny. Staff also were excellent. The hotel does not give a good first impression but as we did not stay we can't review it.

We stayed here recently, and was pleasantly surprised. The building is very old and the features show this. It is not a wheelchair friendly place and there is no lift. The rooms are decorated to suit the building, it was clean and tidy with plenty of complimentary tea/coffee and toiletries. The bed was comfy and we had a good nights...

Haughton Hall is a lovely old Manor type Hotel, Beautifully situated for visiting Telford, Ironbridge and Cosford RAF Museum. Its set in lovely rolling countryside and very restful. It's easy to pick out a few faults, but nothing that actually matters. The drive could do with a few potholes filling. But if you go with an open mind, you will...
