Following a fabulous morning walking up Titterstone Clee Hill we called in for a bite to eat and a drink. Not the friendliest if receptions! The beer and cider was especially good; pity the same couldn't be said about the food. Ham baguettes. Why, oh why, do pubs insist on serving up baguettes from the freezer - they are always...

We stayed with friends for 3 nights, they were in the cottages and we were in the old house. We went on a Wowcher and for what we paid it was a very fair deal. Although the food was very good overall we did have two occasions when meat was overcooked, once pork and once steak. We dismissed the pork...

This is a 16th Century building which is quite charming. The room I stayed in could do with some tlc and the tv was ridiculously small! BUT, this aside it was a pleasant stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. Their jewel is really the restaurant. The food and presentation was really lovely. They are very busy and I...

To be fair the deal for two nights, dinner on first night, b&b was very good at £99 for two people. Food was fine and staff very helpful and friendly. Cottages could do with massive refurb. Very tired. Grounds had tables outside but area around tables not well kept. Someone had emptied an ashtray out but nobody had bothered cleaning...

We visited here in August for 3 days on a Groupon deal. The place is lovely, the staff couldn't,t be more helpful and the food was brilliant. The only negative point I would say is that the road noise from the busy A4117 that runs past can be a bit disturbing in the early hours

The hotel is very comfortable the rooms are a good size but could be updated a little. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite nothing is too much trouble. The food is very good,...

We stayed here on a voucher and it was OK. The room in one of the cottages would have been improved by a visit from a plumber, nothing major just little niggles. We had a meal with the offer on the first night and it was OK, we found a much nicer place in the village for the next two...
