We enjoyed our stay at the Corncroft and found the guest house to be very clean and well organised. Our twin room (number 9) was rather small for two people but we coped for the two nights. The room had plenty of storage and the shower was nice and powerful. The Wi-Fi signal in room 9 wasn't very strong -...

We are usually hotel people but this guest house was far better than some hotels we have stayed at. Our host Richard was very efficient, very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast, although a help yourself buffet, was superb with eggs, cooked any which way you like appearing as if by magic. Keep up the excellent work Richard.

In a perfect location very close to the heart of Witney - ideal for touring the Thames Valley and the Cotswolds. The room was good, the beds comfortable and the breakfasts second to none. The host Richard, took care of everything.

It's a lovely building, with wide stair cases, which makes carrying luggage up easier! It's comfortable and clean. Breakfast is a buffet with a good selection. There was no bath in our room but the shower was really good, powerful, hot and spotless. Host, is friendly, welcoming and polite....

The rooms, particularly the beds, are extremely comfortable and homely. Richard is very friendly and happy to do anything to help you out, nothing is a problem. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices from fruit to cereal to full English. Thoroughly recommend this hotel and should we be in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

A delighted old property in the center of Witney. We stayed here overnight on the way to Oxford with our daughter. To keep the cost down we usually try for a triple room and we were delighted to find that we were at the top of the house in the servant's rooms! Our daughter had her own space (you couldn't...

Excellent overnight stay, hotel staff couldn't do enough for us sorting transport to and from the venue. Also accommodated us with good quality travel cot in room for baby. Really good breakfast, would happily stay again.

Really friendly people who greeted us, bedroom was lovely and missus loved the four poster bed. We were on the front of the property, overlooking the main high street. And we weren't disturbed by any noise, they provided bottled water as well as tea/coffee & hot chocolate in the room. Everything was spotlessly clean, great shower. Breakfast was in abundance...

Stayed one night. Very friendly welcome. Room was spotless with a nice view over the high street. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice available. Only downside was the lack of parking spaces. We managed to find a spot nearby and as it was a Sunday there were no time restrictions.

Booked through Trivago for two nights. Room 9 was a twin bedded comfortable room facing a side street with a pan ensuite facing the little courtyard garden. The old building is delightful, Cotswold stone brightened by beautiful hanging baskets, showing the pride the owner and staff take in keeping everything very clean and welcoming. We were warmly greeted and our...
