I asked for a quiet room upstairs but was given a ground floor room. The soundproofing between rooms is not very good and you can hear TVs and people walking about upstairs. Had evening meal in the Brasserie but found the experience not good. We were placed next to a group of 14 who shouted to each other and also there was an annoying banging noise which I found comes from the kitchen doors. The food was a little pretentious and not awfully good value. I wished we had gone to the pub down the road. Full marks to the cleaning staff who went out of their way to help though
If you are looking for a discrete, opulent 5 star hotel with exceptional customer service then this is the hotel for you. Unparalleled attention to detail from the decor, food and beverage. The shopping at the Bicester village apartment really brings the whole experience together, a must if you are looking for, and expect the very best.
Stayed overnight before starting holiday on a canal boat nearby. Well kept modern style hotel with a great restaurant and bar area. Rooms are well appointed and the food in the restaurant was excellent
We Stayed for a overnight for our anniversary , the hotel was clean and Stylish, Best thing was staff especially the receptionist who was amazing ! Nothing was too much trouble . Highly recommend the restaurant food was lovely and staff helpful they made you feel quite special ,some lovely cocktails on offer . Nice quite location close to bicster shopping Would definitely stay again . Thanks for a great stay 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Spacious comfortable rooms. Delightful staff. Food excellent and wine prices reasonable but cocktails VERY expensive. Decor rather dark in places but mostly very pleasing on the eye. Good location for shopping at both Bicester retail park and Bicester Avenue garden/ shopping centre. A peaceful, very enjoyable stay to be recommended
