Great place; genuinely welcoming pub complete with open hearth fire, extensive liquor cabinet and quality food. Right in the heart of the 'Wolds, but very easy to get to and perfect for countryside walks to build an appetite. Oh, and the rooms in the courtyard were great and those in the house had 'charm'!!

We stayed overnight - the room was perfect; cosy and pretty with lots of character. Staff were charming and helpful. We hired some bikes through the pub -all very well organised. Don't miss out on this pub if you visit the Cotswolds.

I stayed here on the recommendation from a friend. The rooms were cosy and pretty with a very comfortable bed. The dinner menu was extensive and even though it was busy with 'Burger Night', we still had our food in good time. We hired bicycles too which was great fun and well organised by the pub. Will be going back...

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at this beautifully located Inn. As usual, we found it to be a lovely experience. Our room was very attractive, with a most comfortable bed. The food- especially Tina's breakfasts- was delicious. Only problem with the evening meals was a lack of choice. The staff- Ruth, Tina and Dave- were very...

We have eaten here on a number of occasions. It really does have something for everyone. Good food is served wherever you prefer in the restaurant; in the pub itself in front of a log fire; in the back bar of the pub which has a separate entrance for walkers with dogs; or in an outside area under pergolas. The...

This was one of those last minute decisions combining my Wife's Mother's Day with our first break since Christmas. We only had the option of their last room which was above the bar and they went to great lengths to explain that as it was the end of Cheltenham Races week it would be busy and noisy. In spite of...

We stayed here on a dinner bed and breakfast deal in February. The room was very tastefully decorated, nice and modern with a comfy bed and good size bath. The evening meal was off the normal menu so lots of choice. The breakfast was massive! The staff were friendly and attentive.

We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing weekend here. It is in a quiet spot surrounded by small streams and little bridges. Very picturesque. Felt very much at home and didn't really want to leave! We had a good walk on Sunday followed by a fine lunch.

Desperate for a night away with my Husband, l stumbled across this lovely looking pub in Bledington. We have been to the Cotswolds many times and love it more after each visit. This trip surpassed all our others. Bledington is one of the prettiest villages we have been to. The Kings Head Inn sits on the village green and is...

I went to The King's Head Inn for lunch on Saturday with a group of friends. We were staying in a cottage at Daylesford farm and decided to walk there so came in with a very good appetite. I ordered the venison carpaccio as my starter and the smoked salmon for my main and the tarte tatin for pudding. I...
