A perfect end to a gruelling day of hill climbing.

We arrived soaked to the skin after a day cycling on c2c. We were grateful for the excellent drying room, roaring fire and comfortable room. Our meal was very good and wine sensibly priced. The pub had a good and congenial atmosphere.
