Excellent overnight stay in this typical Travelodge on the southbound services at Scotch corner. Clean and comfortable, but nothing spectacular. Lovely, friendly chatty staff. Both at check in and check out. Traffic noise was minimal despite the closeness of the A1

W always stay as a family with 4 young children at Travelodge. They have great rooms, fantastic breakfasts, lovely, friendly staff and great prices. It's always our number 1 choice for hotels in Britain!

The room had a bath and shower, tea and coffee facilities, TV and the reception had hairdryers and irons. The hotel is on a service station, there's an m and s, Gregg's,...

Staff did ring few days before to warn us about a1 closure which I thought was nice of them. Also when using the food outlets you get 20%...

Had a large room which was clean, with a comfortable king size bed. Pillows were the large bulky foam types however and not the most comfortable for a good night's sleep. Staff at reception were pleasant. If you show your room key at Burger King and W H Smith you get a 20% discount. Have stayed here before and will...
