Very good place. The owners and staff are very polite and nice. Breakfast is good and there's a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner. Great food. The wifi is not so good, but that's the only thing I have to complain.

Had Christmas dinner here this afternoon and it was really superb, For £16 the choice and the quality was brilliant. The amount for vegetables and sauces to accompany the dinner wowee, Then big pots of tea or excellent coffee and really delicious mince pies ended it all perfectly.Thank you

The hotel is situated in the town centre, It has it's own car park (A must in Sleaford), Although it's only small it's clean and tidy with en-suite rooms, the breakfast menu was ample and the resturant was olde worlde and very pleasant

Ample sized single room with large attached bathroom. Staff welcoming and friendly. The include breakfast was a large, well cooked full English Breakfast. Central location in easy walking distance of the whole of Sleaford town centre with plenty of parking in the large council car park behind.

Spent one night here whilst visiting friends. Had a very clean double room, a little dated but excellent for the price. Nice friendly staff and a great breakfast with a very good standard of produce....book it you won't be disappointed.

Visited Sleaford this weekend with my brother and sister. We had a single and a twin rooms. On arrival we had a fantastic welcome from Claire, when showing us to our rooms Claire insisted on carrying our overnight bags. Both rooms were comfortable, breakfast was brill. Great place to stay as it is within walking distance of Sleaford Market Square....

I was visiting Sleaford for a family Christening with my teenage daughters. There were a few options available to us and I am so pleased we chose The Mallards. We had a family room which was great. Very spacious, great facilities and even some great little extras, a mini fridge, 2 televisions in separate areas (great for arguing teenagers who...

This was our third stay at The Mallards but the first time I have reviewed it. The fact that we have returned twice is testimony in itself. This small, family-run hotel has more of a Guest House ambience. It is very well located within easy walking distance of Sleaford Market Square (i.e. the town centre) and offers free parking directly...

Rang this morning to book two rooms for June. The female who answered the phone was extremely rude! This response immediately made our decision NOT to book. We were looking for a base for a business meeting, which would have brought in a lot of future bookings. Such a shame! Maybe staff need to undertake customer relations training!

Found the staff and Claire very helpful plus the food is very good and plentiful. The room rate includes for a full english breakfast, which can set you up for the day if required. A really nice and friendly private Hotel. This is the second time we have stayed here.
