A tranquil oasis in which to relax & unwind, peaceful & perfect! Glorious rolling green lawns, ducks splashing happily in the pond, a garden of timeless beauty. Gracious stately home, steeped in history, oozes character. Tastefully decorated, spacious luxurious rooms and clean as a whistle. Clare is an efficient, warm & welcoming host and nothing is too much trouble. The...

Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed lovely large room and excellent breakfasts, with home reared produce. Clare was very helpful in suggesting places to visit and eat, though I would have been quite happy pottering about the lovely garden, farmland, with its Lincoln Red cattle, and local walks. Definitely a place we will come back to.

Stayed five nights in lovely large room overlooking farmland. Ensuite tiny but adequate. Clare, our host, was lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Gave us tips on what to see and where to eat. Would be happy to stay with her again. PeterT

A first rate BnB located in beautiful peaceful rural Lincolnshire. If you are looking for 5 star accommodation for very good rates then look no further. The house is immaculate as are the beautiful gardens. Host Clare was amazing in how she made the stay comfortable. She was also really helpful in suggesting places to visit in Lincolnshire. The rooms...

We had a fantastic time staying at Baumber Park . The setting is ideal to explore the Lincolnshire countryside . Clare is a truly fantastic host and could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We chose Baumber park as a halfway point on our way to see our son in Newcastle having traveled up from Kent. We liked it...

This is a perfectly pleasant B&B - not really much wrong with it, it's fine and inexpensive. Two of the three bedrooms are very big, although the third (where one of our party stayed) is a bit poky. There's no wifi, which might bother some people. The owner is friendly and happy to give suggestions about what to do in...

The drive down to the house is through lovely farmland, the cows watching peacefully. Baumber Park offers all the essentials for a peaceful stay: comfortable rooms with lovely views of the beautiful garden, a fabulous breakfast and a warm welcome from Clare. We were able to take our dog which was a real plus.

We really enjoyed our stay - beautiful countryside, dog friendly, tranquil, clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was very nice and the owner was helpful. Will stay again and highly recommend it. I always forget how beautiful the countryside is in this part of Britain.

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed our stay very much. We endorse all the 'positive' comments - including the superlatives - made by previous reviewers. More specifically,we want to say that Claire was extremely helpful, friendly and (no pun intended) accommodating. Highly recommended....as are the places at which we had dinner : the Blue Bell,in Belchford(c.5miles from Baumber) and two...

We had the most amazing time last October when we visited Baumber Park. This is an Alistair Sawday B & B and it is really very good. Clair was very kind to us and makes a beautiful breakfast using locally sourced food, where possible, and makes the most amazing gooseberry jam. Clair is very kind and thoughtful and we would...

“Front, bay-window room is biggest and has probably best views (but not en-suite, which is okay).”

“We gave it '4' not '5' because the bathroom is functional but small, with shower not bath.As Claire said, there is a trade-off : the room itself is very large/spacious.(We didn't see the other double-room.)”

“We had a lovely room but the front one which has a beautiful view across to Lincoln, is amazing apparently. We were very happy with the one we were in but there the view must be wonderful in that room. Below that room is the sitting room which, if we were staying longer, we might have used but we were only staying one night and went out for a meal in a local hostelry. I cannot recommend it highly enough.”
