We very much enjoyed our stay here - great hosts, comfortable spacious rooms and a lovely village. The breakfast was delicious and the house is very pretty. Our room also had a bath which is was a nice treat.

Lyn and Richard were welcoming, friendly and very informative. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable, nice and warm and the showers were great. I normally expect a trickle of water but the pressure was good. Breakfast was lovely and I would recommend the scrambled egg. The surroundings were great, it was quiet, had a nice garden and the whole experience...

I stayed with Lyn and Richard on a business trip and they were perfect hosts. The house is full of character, with beautiful gardens and plenty of parking. The room was clean, with lots of homely touches. Firm and comfortable bed, thick fluffy towels and great tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was simply fantastic. High quality ingredients, cooked to perfection....

Lyn & Richard could not have been more helpful when we stayed at their delightful B&B, which is set in beautiful surroundings in the tiny village of Grimston. The accommodation is clean and homely; spacious, light and airy rooms with ensuite bathrooms upstairs, and a large lounge and dining area downstairs. Breakfast is a home cooked feast, and Lyn &...

Lyn and Richard were fabulous hosts, pre-booking a table for us at the well recommended local pub, welcoming us with a cup of tea and biccies in their beautiful garden and providing one of the tastiest breakfasts we have had, including Lyn's world (well, village) renowned home made marmalade! The en-suite room was spacious, clean and comfortable, leading to a...

An enjoyable & relaxing stay in Lyn & Richard's converted stable. Clean and welcoming and an excellent breakfast & conversation set me up nicely for my day at the NEC. Black Horse pub in this quiet, peaceful village worth a visit ( See separate review)

Have stayed here two years running. Richard and Lyn are excellent hosts, the rooms fabulous. Always do everything to make you comfortable. Serve us breakfast in the garden so we can have our dog with us. A cup of tea in the afternoon if you return in afternoon, a lovely chat, delightful setting. Can't recommend enough
