We stayed here for one night and enjoyed the tasting menu. The good was, as one would expect, perfectly exquisite and an experience to remember. However, what makes Northcote special is the warm and friendly attitude of all the staff. Every person we spoke to was professional but in no way aloof or stand offish - they are a true...

We were so much looking forward to staying at Northcote again after 9 years and seeing the new changes that they have made and they certainly did not disappoint! Food and service was fantastic (monkfish dish and lemon dessert were superb) and the new bar was a very welcome addition 😊 we would have loved to have enjoyed the new...

Stayed overnight with a meal in the restaurant. The whole experience was excellent from the attentive staff to the superb food. Great start to the meal with half a bottle of champagne and canapes followed by an excellent tasting menu.

My wife and I have just stayed at this hotel. Our room (number 12) was a little bit tired, the black wood furniture was shabby and had a few stains. The room really needs redecorating. When we arrived at the hotel we were taken to our room by a member of staff who seemed to be in a rush, didn't...

My husband and I have been planning/meaning to visit Northcote Manor for years and we finally made a trip last weekend. The setting is fine, the greeting friendly, the bar well stocked, the service very good and the room well appointed clean and comfortable. All in all somewhere I would normally give 4 stars and list as a pleasant place...

Had the pleasure of treating my partner to an gourmet overnight stay at the Northcote for our anniversary recently (our third visit), and it was as exceptional as ever. I've been fortunate enought to visit El Celler de Can Roca in Girona and, excellent though it was, to be honest, the food wasn't a patch on the Northcote. Plus the...

A very well appointed comfortable hotel set in a relaxing environment. We stayed with friends and dined on the gourmet menu which was both surprising and enjoyable. The staff were attentive and friendly.

I stayed at the hotel overnight for a family wedding. I was in room 21, which was situated in the lodge. I checked in and was quickly shown to my room, with the assistance of someone helping me with my bags, which was nice. The room was spotless!! (Compliments to the maids). The room smelt lovely and some relaxing music...

We stayed at Northcote as a family to celebrate an 80th birthday, and everything about it was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and my room (number 9) was spacious with a lovely garden terrace. The hotel has a outside seating area overlooking the gardens, to enjoy coffee or pre dinner drinks. The evening commenced with drinks and...
