Thank you for your question. At the time of the inspection we were undergoing structural work to the kitchen and there was issue with some of the working practice. Recommendations were made and not enforcements of which were completed along with the refurbishment work. The environmental officer returned recently (12.01.17) and scored the hotel 4/5. Please let us know in advance and we will arrange for you to view the documentation if you require. We are heartened with your opening statement and trust your concerns further alleviated with the answers of which followed. We thank them, for their constructive and positive feedback.

We believe we sell a quality product at a reasonable price in the environment in which it is offered. As is widely accepted, wine is subjective to palate and a good wine is one you enjoy.
