Stayed for two nights Mon/Tue. Lovely outside areas at the back to drink excellent beers, quality lagers and well kept real ales. Service in bar very good with happy, knowledgeable staff. Food menu has plenty of interesting choices and the standard is very high for the prices charged. Refreshing to find several good quality wines at reasonable prices too. We...

We stayed for two nights in room 4. At the back overlooking the garden. No problems with the church bells. The room was rather small with nice decor and rustic furniture in keeping with the rest of the pub. But with a large modern bathroom. Creaking floorboards in the hallway adding to the country inn atmosphere. The rear door leading...

We stayed at the Waddington Arms for one night and really enjoyed the experience! The room was cold when we arrived and we were quickly given a heater. The staff were great and all credit to Andrew who leads by example and does a first class job! He goes out of his way to make people welcome and look after...

The "Wad" is a proper pub with stone floors, good beer, open fires, very friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere. My wife had the sea food platter OMG, what a fantastic platter, I thought she would struggle to finish, I was wrong! My meal was steak and ale/mushroom pie with well cooked vegetables (no mushy carrots here) and to die...

I was introduced to the Waddington Arms by friends and booked a couple of rooms DBB for my son's birthday (a special one!). It was a fabulous experience in its entirety. The staff couldn't do enough for us, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. We were waited on hand and foot, the food was a gastronomic delight from starter to...
