Great location. Beautiful rooms. Very clean. Breakfast was very tasty and made with local ingredients. Staff were very friendly and helpful with nice small touches such as offering fresh milk for the room. Views from the room were spectacular

Needs refurb. A decent cleaner and more staff who are run off their feet but very nice and helpful. Tired old room. Worth much less. Good breakfast. Not worth £130 more like £60 per night. The room view looked out over depressing car park at back with sheds.

Visited for a long weekend as always wanted to visit Whitstable. What a great find, very friendly and attentive staff. We had a great room with sea views , lots of nice touches like being offered fresh milk for tea and coffee in your room. Room very comfortable and had every thing you needed. Nice comfy bar area and restaurant....

Back to the Marine for a couple of nights for Valentines treat and it did not disappoint. Third time there. Staff very polite and helpful, nice to relax downstairs in the lounge. Room at the top (32) clean and comfortable with lashings of hot water for the shower. Really cold and miserable outside but toasty inside. Breakfast lovely Look forward...

The welcome from reception was warm and efficient and we were taken up to our room in a newly installed lift by another very friendly member of staff who actually refused a tip (politely). The room was nicely refurbished and had secondary glazing. The only drawback was probably the ugliest largest lampshade I have ever seen (see photo) right in...

Stayed overnight, the staff the hotel, the room were all perfect. It's further down the road from whitstable in tankerton the meal we had in the restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was also lovely. The room faced the Seafront (which I'd recommend) as the balcony over gives a lovely view Just great

Popped in for some lunch during the summer. The marine has benefitted from a generous refurbishment in the last two years and they have done it proud. The food was fairly standard but the service was really friendly. I would recommended calling in for some lunch on your way past.

This is the second time we have stayed here in the last 12 months and we couldn't have picked a more hectic week to visit between Christmas and New Year! When we arrived to check in, the hotel was bursting with activity. The bar, restaurants and lobby were all full of people enjoying their afternoons. We got a very warm...
