We stayed for 2 nights and the staff were very very good, the room facilities also good and the room very clean. The only problem was the temperature in the room was a constant 25/26/27 degrees throughout our stay - even at 4-5am ! The staff did provide us with some Fans and they also refunded one night of the...

We stayed just one night on our way from Dover to the north of England and this hotel was just perfect - clean, large room, with modern bathroom with rain-shower, it all felt like new. We were in a quiet zone so heard no-one and were disturbed by nothing. Large tv screen, good coffee and tea facilities. Very friendly staff...

The hotel had recently been refurbished and the room was modern, clean and comfortable. The only thing that let it down was the lack of air conditioning. It was quite warm in the room. Very good service.

My and my partner travelled from South Wales to be able to celebrate my best friend birthday. We booked this hotel a week before our due date for a good deal/current offer. After a 4/5 hour drive we was glad to get to the hotel and check in. When we check into the hotel, we was welcomed by an pleasently...

Pretty large very comfortable room, bed and pillows. TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Great breakfast at Beefeater next door which was reasonably priced. Convenient for access to Whitstable town which is delightful. Close to main access roads but didn't find it noisy.

The room was of a good size considering we had 2 children and a cot. Room was clean, beds were comfy, it was quiet, staff were friendly and breakfast came out quickly. What more could you ask for. Only negative was that they didn't have enough towels out for each one of us.

We have stayed at this Premier Inn few times. We have noticed that on this occasion they have redecorated/refurbished the rooms & bathrooms. As I am deaf, they offered me (& I accepted) a vibrating fire alarm/alarm clock to use during my stay. Well done Premier Inn for considering the needs of their disabled guests.

Very clean and comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Special mention of Alex on reception, she is a real asset to the company, very attentive and happy to give advice on the local area as this was our first time in Whitstable. Her customer service skills are exceptionally good.

Despite the unkempt appearance of the grounds the inside is clean and fresh and the staff welcoming and friendly. Fans were provided to cool the room as traffic noise could be a problem for some if Windows were open. Book a disabled room if you are less than 5ft 3in as both bed and bath/shower were very high. The room...

This is an ideally situated hotel close to the motorway. All that the TV commercials say about the comfort of the beds and the pillows is spot on, they are dream provoking. Excellent breakfast as the cooked version is delivered on a hot plate with not a sign of grease. The ingredients are very well cooked and presented, given that...
