Premier Inn Rainham is often commended for its prime location near transportation and local amenities. Many guests find the rooms to be clean and praise the cozy beds, though some note the bathrooms could benefit from an update. While the overall cleanliness receives high marks, especially thanks to the diligent housekeeping, there are mixed reviews about the value, with the adjacent restaurant quality sometimes falling short.
The service is typically described as friendly, but some guests have encountered inconsistencies. Visitors enjoy the homely atmosphere, and despite some noise complaints, the hotel is favored for short stays and events.

Hotel's Favourite
Great stay again. Fabulous team on reception, always happy to help with anything. The room was really clean as always. I will continue to use this hotel every time I'm in need of accommodation. Just can not beat this little one. The best in Medway in my opinion.

Rainham's Premier Inn is the place we go to each year when visiting family and friends in the Medway Towns.
You can always guarantee a warm welcome and a good nights sleep.
The staff are always friendly and happy to help if needed.
The hotel price doesn't include breakfast, but you can go next door to the Manor Farm Beefeater, which is not an issue.
Sadly on this occasion, the quality of the Premier Inn Breakfast for £8.99 per adult (x2) wasn't up to scratch.
Normally there is a Continental option AND a fried option, which is a great value when you can enjoy as much as you like.
However on this visit, there were restrictions due to COVID, therefore the Continental option was off the menu and the products used for the fried option were not as tasteful as before. So we will not be returning for our morning meal.
As for the hotel, can't fault it - So hope to see you again in 2021.

I have stayed at this hotel before and the staff are always incredibly friendly and extremely helpful.
The hotel is always immaculate and quiet. The car park is adjacent to the hotel. Located next to the Manor Farm Beefeater Restuarant, breakfast/lunch/dinner is only a minute away and can be prebooked at the hotel.
I did feel obliged to stand and wait at night for the internal door to close to avoid any security risks. Automated and on a timer, it takes what seems to be ages to close.

I chose this location because of its close distance to the nearby rail station and the people I was visiting, it was very easy to locate and the staff were very inviting and friendly.
The room was to the same high standard that I’ve come accustomed to with the premier inn franchise, the bed was very comfortable and afforded a very relaxing sleep for my stay.
Unfortunately there were works going on nearby the location which caused some slight disruptions to my planned lay-ins but overall I would highly rate this location for short stays in the area due to its easily accessible location.

Easy to find and with good car parking precision this is a comfortable Premier Inn and the rooms are just what you would expect from this brand. Be sure to register your car at check in to get the free parking.
We chose this hotel rather than other PIs in the area as the rooms had air conditioning. This kept the room a comfortable temperature however it was quite noisy, making strange gurgling noises throughout the night!
The Beefeater next door provides breakfast- there isn’t a buffet for hot food but it is cooked to order instead. If you’re eating there in the evening make sure you register in good time for the current 40% off food deal that they are offering.

We stayed here as attending a wedding at a close by venue. Room was clean and comfy with a range of facilities. Received an iron and ironing board on request. Hairdryer supplied along with mirror and small shelf. Enough hanging space for our two night stay. Staff all friendly and helpful.
Negatives: No USB ports, was woken several times throughout the night by other guests in rooms above us walking about and opening and shutting drawers. Bathroom could do with a paint touch up. Had to request more milk and tea bags but these were given without question.
Beefeater not great, cooked breakfast- items over cooked, Again staff were friendly and tried to help.
Would stay here again!

Easy parking & quick check in by friendly staff. Hand sanitizer available as we entered the reception. Room very clean & all was as explained on the website. Stayed 2 nights, slightly bothered by traffic noise but still slept reasonably well. Bed is always comfortable. Good quality towels, plenty of tea & coffee sachets. Easy to catch a bus down to Chatham, they run every 15 mins.Railway station is only a 10 min walk.

Lovely staff at this hotel both in the hotel and in the restaraunt. The parking is free and there is lots of it. I stay at a lot of Premier inns and I found this one great value for money and most of the rooms are off the road so quite which is a plus.

We travel and stay in Premier inns most weekends, however this weekend we were super impressed! The hotel rearranged our booking as the lift was out of action and one of our part is a wheelchair user and we arrived to a complimentary gift in the room. Room super clean, accessible bathroom and fab meal in the restaurant next door.

The air con worked very well just after we checked in and our two rooms were very cold but during our stay the hotel must switch it off. Two rooms, two nights and the rooms were so hot and stuffy. Real problems sleeping
