We had a double bed and bunks! £100, easy to find, didnt have breakfast, but place seemed clean and safe! On main road in cliftonville! My kids stayed there as we had a do at the walpole bay, 5 min walk away!

I booked with Late Rooms the day before so didn't do much research on this hotel for reviews etc as just needed somewhere to stay for 1 night. I booked a double with en suite which cost £60 for the night. I phoned to find out about check in times, the guy on the other end of phone wasn't particularly...

I find your review very confusing. You called regarding check in times and was promptly and politely answered between 15pm and 21pm which is also clearly printed on your booking confirmation. When you arrived you were greeted in a polite and cheerful manner by Jason who asked you if you had a good journey and swiftly checked in and offered...

This is a basic B&B but all was good. Rooms are small and basic but clean, the location is good and quiet. Wifi worked well and the manager was helpful. Remember this is a basic B & B therefore you get what you pay for. would stay there again

My husband and I went last Thurday and a very unwelcoming guy opened the door. We wanted to see the room as asked a few questions about the B&B and how many rooms were occupied, (we didnt want to stay somewhere we were the only guests) it was the first time we were in that area. He didnt answer our...

We were not unwelcoming or rude. We have no obligation to answer personal business questions regarding how many rooms we have occupied on any one paticular evening. You asked if we has a room available and we showed you a lovely sea-view room you then started asking some very strange questions and because we declined to answer as they had...

Clean. Bar closed, no hot water. But friendly. Margate see front was lovely, Turner gallery nice. But the local council should be ashamed about the state of the rubbish everywhere, on the back and side streets. Disappointing

Good points - room was clean and tv worked. Breakfast was hot and served on hot plates. Internet coverage was fine on my 4G smartphone, though possibly not through the hotel's own wifi. I was not in a seafacing room. Areas for improvement - admin seemed a bit wobbly, eg when I arrived I was asked to fill in a...

Customer Service was appalling. I had booked the wrong date to stay with them and apologised for this, even sending them proof of the mistake with train travel arrangements made 10mins later for the correct date. I asked that they take a percentage of the fee instead of the whole amount. They replied in a defensive and low level manner,...

I think this review is very unfair for a number of reasons. The lady concerned made the mistake she booked the wrong date. She booked Friday 14th of August instead of Sat 29th Aug. Our last check in time is 21.00pm we kept reception open for a further 1 hr until 22.00pm before calling the lady concerned above asking what...

We are a family run concern and we do not operate a 24hr reception. There is a bell in the reception and a phone number to call. The building is a 5 story Victorian property and we may have been dealing with another guest out of ear shot from the bell. As I said we are a family run guest...
