Stayed with my sister remembering our childhood holidays in the area. The hotel was a good location - sea front views (not from our room) and a good base for travel around the area to Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Herne Bay etc. Pub attached to the hotel is a shambles - all you can eat Mexican night - not enough food for...

I often use Premier Inns as I know exactly what to expect, and the Margate one is no exception. However , I must comment on the staff at this Premier Inn. Be it reception or in the Brewers Fayre restaurant, you could not have found a more friendly and helpful group of young people. Well done, you deserve a pay...

Stayed at the weekend. Arrived with my husband on Friday. My 2 daughters and grandchildren arrived Saturday. Was so lucky with the weather as this obviously made the weekend even better. The hotel is in a convenient spot. Right next to the station. When my husband and I arrived so did a large party of the same sex. Thought "this...

Stayed here for one night with wife and children aged 9 and 8. Ideal location next to railway station. We had a family room on the first floor overlooking the sea (over the car park!) If you like Premier Inns then you will enjoy staying here. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to drop off luggage before...

Where do I start ? Firstly Brewers Fayre, absolutely awful evening meals, our first morning's breakfast was fine, no problems but the second mornings was cold with only the mushrooms being the only thing warm. The cutlery was dirty and the tables were sticky. The Premier Inn ? Well the staff were very nice and welcoming. The fan in our...

Premier Inn is my favourite hotel chain. The Margate PI has a lovely and convenient location on the seafront, right next to the rail station. Very helpful reception staff, who phoned a taxi company to get me a quote to travel to Ramsgate. The breakfast buffet is brilliant, although I would have thought they could offer it a little cheaper.

We chose this hotel as we never drive directly home after returning from France and much prefer a stop over before we drive on. The hotel is typical Premier Inn clean. tidy and helpful staff and next door to the train station but the town itself is screaming for a facelift of any description but where would one start. The...

The reception for the hotel very friendly girl and what you would expect no complaints with the hotel side or the staff. We had a great nights sleep bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. However the younger bar staff (Girl) was extremely rude and really needs to learn how to deal with people, she totally put...
