Loved the look of Little Upton from the pictures used but please be aware this holiday let is not what it is made out to be! The owner is VERY rude and does not like children at all so be warned as my youngest was brought to tears! The outside space is very over grown and shabby. The inside looked quite well presented on first impressions but after pulling back the bed sheets we found stained mattresses and mattress protectors, ripped quilt covers. All sorts behind the beds, the showers are full of mold, the place had a funny smell to it. Under the sofas were very dirty! Things were falling apart and very dated and if your thinking of having fun on your holiday your best of looking for somewhere else as the owners just wouldn't allow it. We had a cut of time at 10pm for any noises in the garden, even low music etc. Will definitely not be returning, this place is very overpriced with a very rude owner and in my honest opinion should not be allowed to run a business and have direct contact with their guests.

What an incredible location for our week away from the hustle and bustle of our normal lives. Views acrossthevalley. Peace and quiet. Amazing friendly owners who were always discretely making sure we were happy. The finishes in the cottages were exceptional, and with special touches that show how important the owners take the quality of your stay. The animals on the farm are a real bonus. Tickling pigs was a surprising highlight

We have just returned from a week at this magical location. The owners were so welcoming and accommodating. The high standards of furnishing throughout were outstanding and having the animals to visit daily was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be returning and are already planning dates.

Stayed here with friends in September 2021 and absolutely love it. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could ever need and want and the hosts Nic and Simon couldn’t do enough for us and they are so passionate about their farm and animals. The pigs and alpacas are especially cute! Beautiful location, real escapism and we cannot wait to go back as soon as we can!

I absolutely love staying here, second visit this year and already planning another couple of visits in 2022. The accommodation and furnishings are second to none. The hosts are extremely welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. This is my hideaway, my happy place , my place to relax and I never want to come home. Highly recommend

I’ve just booked another week in May after staying in this beautiful Farm last year in May and September. The barns were spotless, comfortable and well equipped and the owners were there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. The farm is in a great location with excellent views and is very peaceful, just what was needed for a well deserved break for me and my husband. I highly recommend Little Upton Farm, whether it’s you and your partner or for a family.

Not our first visit and definitely won’t be our last! Love everything about Little Upton farm, the views are stunning, accommodating is amazing, animals are gorgeous and hosts (Nic & Simon) couldn’t be more helpful. Accommodation is so spotlessly clean and we loved the boot stores outside to help keep muddy boots safe & dry! So many fabulous things to do on the island and this is the perfect retreat at the end of a busy day

I stayed here with my family October half term and it was absolutely brilliant. There were 9 adults and 5 children (all under 9) altogether and there was plenty of space for all of us. We stayed in the pictureworks so had the private spa and it was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed the private swimming pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend staying here, Gill was so friendly and helpful. She told us all about the local walks and the local pubs. If you are looking for a peaceful week/weekend with your family or friends this is the place to stay. We can not wait to come back.

Great place to stay, relaxing, safe environment and brilliant welcoming hosts. Stayed in the Byre, loved it spotlessly clean and a shower to die for! Fantastic views will definitely revisit. Love the animals especially Charlie and Chip.
