#3 of 27 in Cowes
The Caledon is a family run bed and breakfast in Cowes on the beautiful Isle of Wight. We offer the perfect mix of a friendly, welcoming bed and breakfast with the spacious, non intrusive feel of a small hotel. Our lovely Victorian guest house has a modern feel, with original floorboards, high ceilings and lots of Victorian features. All our bedrooms are recently refurbished in our modern, relaxed style; we want you to feel at home here. The B&B is in a great location, five minutes walk up the hill from the bustling centre of Cowes with its pretty high street with individual shops, great restaurants, lively pubs, ferry links to Southampton and of course the yacht haven, sailing clubs and marinas for which Cowes is so well known. We pride ourselves on our warm welcome and fab Caledon breakfasts; all freshly cooked to order using our wonderful Isle of Wight produce wherever possible. There is free fibre broadband Wi-Fi throughout the B&B. Always book directly with us on our website for the best prices

Another lovely stay at the Caledon. You feel welcomed in this lovely B&B from the moment you walk through the door. Loved the independence we had from the introduction of the self check in, this meant we didn’t feel any pressure to state an arrival time. The guest sitting room has everything you might need & is a nice meeting place if like us you are away with friends. Breakfast was superb as always as are the hosts Mark & Andrea. Thanks again for another lovely stay, we’ll be back again very soon!

The whole stay was very good. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. I had an excellent nights sleep followed by a very good breakfast. Had I chosen to utilise it there was a good range of snacks, drinks etc. to choose from at an additional but not unreasonable cost. Only a short walk into the centre of Cowes. We will choose The Caledon again in the future.

Worth more than the maximum of 5 stars! Well situated and in walking distance of Cowes and harbour. Good bus links to Newport. Excellent, clean and great facilities. A good breakfast menu (made with local produce) - freshly made and delicious. Hosts - Andrea and Mark are very friendly and ensured a great atmosphere throughout our stay. We will certainly look to come again!

I loved everything about my stay here. Great communication from the start. This included detailed information about local amenities, how to access the premises, places to eat and so much more. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The breakfast was outstanding, using fresh, local produce. The host was friendly and very helpful; nothing was too much trouble. Located close to the town and ferry. Bike-friendly. I would highly recommend it.
