Friendly staff. Great cooked breakfast choice cooked and served to order, including toast. Serve yourself cereals and drinks. Despite live music in the bar not a sound in our second floor bedroom. Bedroom clean and tidy. Convenient luggage drop off with 15 min time limit. Pay and display car park not that near. Right by the Red Jet passenger ferry.

Stayed for 5 nights. Room clean and tidy. Bed comfy, great shower. Nicola and Andy great managers, nothing too much trouble. Nicki who dealt with serving breakfasts lovely lady. Food excellent at breakfast and evening meals. All the staff are great,

Thanks to Andy, mine host, his wife Nicola, dogs Maggie and Rosie we had a delightful time. Andy is amazing, with lots of local knowledge and made several recommendations which we took him up on!! Nothing is too much trouble for him. Nicola also plays a big role at the Fountain and was always charming and helpful. Then Nicky who served us breakfast, which was delicious and very nicely served. The service at this Pub could not be better!! Our room had the most amazing view overlooking RedJet Ferry Terminal and the sea!!❤️ Lovely comfy bed, big walk in shower with monsoon shower and smaller spray! Andy explained that the Hotel is due an upgrade in the future! But we found it charming as it was. We were a mixed group, with Nanny and Grandad, and two Sons, with wives and teenagers, They all said what a great time we had. We are already thinking off our next trip there.…

Lovely break over the Easter , made very welcome by Andy the manager, even put us in a room with a nice harbour view when he heard we just got married, breakfast was superb, staff very friendly especially the young man Jack, lovely lad , room was nice, hotel could with a upgrade which I’m told was going to happen but then Covid hit so it is understandable, we are lucky they are still in. Business , superb location off the red jet straight into hotel

Brilliant is my starting comment! This place has to be the very best on the Island. I have to mention the Owners of this place and I got their names it is Andy and Nicola, they literally live and breath this Hotel and Pub, nothing is a problem and they are so connected with their customers and regulars its really nice to see, always looking after you, My wife and I stayed for two nights over Easter and it was brilliant, really good food, felt so welcome from the moment I arrived and up untill the moment I left feeling nothing short of trying to work out when I can get back to Cowes and preferrably the The Fountain Inn.................
