We had two excellent stays at Holly Tree House, amazingly good accommodation. Very attractive decor. Faultless host, Mandy, could not do enough, she even offered us a lift to the pub. Brilliant choice at breakfast including freshly cooked food and home made bread. Large, very good packed lunch, which stood the course. The second nights' stay we had changed to Holly Tree House because Mandy was so good. Our future visits to the IOW will certainly include staying with Mandy. And possibly with our bikes, for which she offers storage. We doubt Mandy could be bettered!

What a fantastic B & B. So clean and pleasant. The owner Mandy was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Breakfast was stunning. Lots of choice. The room was spotless, bathroom and shower were great, fresh towels and all the toiletries you would ever need.

We had a wonderful two night stay here. We have truly never had a better appointed bedroom and bathroom. The attention to detail was much appreciated, down to cubes by the bedside for plugging in all our electronics and the filter coffee. Yacht Haven room is really a peaceful haven, looking out onto back gardens with beautiful bird song. Very relaxing! There were two separate showers in the ample cubicle and a great bath too, plus two washbasins. Gorgeous towels and even facecloths supplied. The breakfasts could not have been bettered with cereals, berries, all different seeds, yoghourt, juices and cooked breakfasts with the highest quality ingredients. Delicious. Yes, there is a walk into Cowes (uphill on the return) but after one of Mandy's breakfasts we all felt this exercise was no bad thing! And if you have a car it is easy to get anywhere else on the Island. Cowes itself is a delightful town and Marina. Thank you very much Mandy for our lovely stay with you.

What an excellent place to stay! We stayed here on the first and last nights of our walking holiday. Room was spotlessly clean and on both occasions the welcome was exceptional. Coffee/tea on our arrival on the first day and a bottle of Prosecco to congratulate our completion of the coastal walk on our return. Mandy went above and beyond, particularly as a bad blister on my foot prevented me walking the short distance into town to get food, instead allowing us to order a takeaway to the house, warming up plates and clearing up after us. Amazing breakfasts too with homemade bread. If you are planning a trip to the IOW and need a place close to the town centre of Cowes, look no further than this place. You won't be disappointed.

This review is well overdue and is worthy of five stars plus. We stayed at Holly Tree House in November 2021 for a couple of nights and we were not disappointed in any respect whatsoever. Our host, Mandy, kindly picked us up from the Red Jet, which is about five minutes away. Upon arrival at her meticulous Holly Tree House and before showing us to the Yacht Room, Mandy made us hot drinks and delicious homemade ginger cake. We were very pleased with our warm, spacious, comfortable room and well equipped bathroom. The bed, furnishings and fixtures were of the highest standard. Our stay could not have been improved, it was excellent! Thank you Mandy for your friendly hospitality, you went over and above to ensure our every need was catered for. Breakfast was beautifully served, delicious and plentiful. Your attention to detail and cleanliness is second to none. Thank you! We wish you and Mark a very happy New Year 2022 Regards Philomena & Derek

Mandy and Mark were very welcoming, friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to eat. The house is very tastefully decorated, we stayed in the Yacht Room which is lovely especially with the free standing bath very welcoming after a strenuous walk around the hills of Ventor. It was spoltessly clean and the choice for breakfast very good. Highly recommended. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant.

Stunning as always - a gorgeous welcome by Mandy with pot of tea and coffee and I’d requested the huge Yacht Room - it has a massive free standing bath and I love that! The most comfortable bed ever ever ever with luxurious bedding - and the fridge in the room is such a gorgeous touch - with Fresh milk and water (and Kit kats)!! Breakfast has so many gorgeous choices - all cooked to order and cooked to perfection. Mandy is full of knowledge of the Island and we took her recommendations of great places to eat and beaches for swimming. Also the coastal drive on the A3055 is a must - stunning coastal views! Finally parking on the driveway is so helpful. This B&B feels like home from home and I’ll just keep coming back! Thanks Mandy for delivering such a beautiful service .

Absolutely fantastic from the moment we arrived at this stylish, immaculate home from home. Mandy makes you so welcome and it is honestly like staying with friends. Our room, Bembridge was bright and spacious and the bed to die for, huge and seriously comfy, such a treat after a long day on our bikes exploring the island. Fresh milk is stored in a quiet fridge in the room ready for that morning cuppa. The bathroom is so stylish and user friendly with a fab rain shower. We cannot wait to return and have already booked for early next year. This break was just what we needed to recharge. Thank you Mandy.

Our original Guest House closed and they referred us the the Holly Tree - and more importantly Mandy.. a fab lady who made us feel extremely welcome. Their loss was our gain…. !! We booked the Yacht Haven room for 5 nights and it was a lovely room. Just what we needed. The breakfast was really good.. loads of choice and amazing home made bread. We love the IOW - we alternate one year with our caravan and then the next year on my husbands scooter. Thanks Mandy and Mark.. you did us proud. Heather and Mick Lee xx
