Excellent standard of accommodation which is modern and comfortable. The pub serves good beer and the restaurant serves fantastic dinners and breakfasts. Highly recommended unless you need wifi - so frustrating that this is so unreliable - what makes it worse is the attitude of the owner over the problem. Your laptop may have got access but me and several...

We have stayed here many times, when we have visited family. The rooms have all the modern conveniences and the beds are comfortable. For breakfast, there are many choices, all quite delicious and prepared by one of the owners. Often we stop in the pub at the end of the day for a pint.

The good: Nice rooms, good breakfast, parking and plenty of space. Restaurant staff were cheerful and helpful. The not so good: We booked as a group, using all of the rooms and bringing other people from our group who stayed elsewhere locally in for evening dinner. We arranged a discounted rate but during our 4 day stay the landlord attempted...

We, a cycling group booked a block booking early in the year at a discounted rate of GBP 67.50 When we stayed in the hotel at the end of August 2014 the owner tried to charge us the non discounted rate of GBP 80.00 despite us having confirmed bookings, this resulted in a very uncomfortable confrontation with the owner. We...

We stopped here straight from an international airport and were able to recharge before moving on. The rooms are 21st century but the inn has parts dating back. Being an Inn you could come back to this haven for an evening meal and turn in when ready. The breakfasts were great too. There is plenty to see within a short...

Nice rooms in an annex to the rear of the restaurant. Immaculately clean, good linen and a powerful, spacious shower. Fantastic breakfasts in a pleasant dinning area. Lovely surroundings and village. All of this at very reasonable prices. Well worth a visit.

Unexpectedly, a motel type stay. Large bedroom with big glass fronted wardrobe. A double sized, quality shower. Wi-Fi access available but only in the hotel, wouldn't connect in the room. However the king size bed was very comfortable, with pillows and cushions too. Good to see an armchair included with the desk chair. Good parking access. The Hotel and staff...

If you decide to stay at this establishment you had better hope that you do not fall ill during the night as there is no mobile signal and no landline phones in the rooms. I suffer with a heart condition that requires access to a phone. Upon finding that there was no phone service at this location i informed the...

Good facilities, big and clean rooms with good bathrooms. Really warm and friendly staff. Good food and good breakfast. Wi-fi in the rooms is a bit weak. The atmosphere in the pub it's warm and relax, deserts were really good.
