Booked this hotel quite late as meeting up with relatives and I was accompanied by my mother (who is almost an octogenarian)! As stated, the hotel was very pleasant, lovely gardens and a spacious lounge area to relax, eat and drink, without formalising this in the restraunt area. Both evening meal and breakfast were very good. The twin room was...

Hi there, Thank you for your review, we’re really happy to hear that you found our hotel pleasant, spacious and enjoyed the food! In regards to the call to reception, we were inundated with calls about the guest, we do apologise, we do try our best to keep disruptions at bay. Nice modern hotel and friendly staff, the rooms are small and the down side was our view was looking into other peoples rooms opposite.I think net curtains are needed for privacy. Breakfast was ok but cooked food was not good.Great location for visiting Hertfordshire towns.

This was the perfect venue for a family Sunday lunch to celebrate my birthday. Menu was limited to a fairly traditional Sunday lunch with veggie and fish options. The food was well prepared and portion sizes were good. The children's menu was perfect for our seven year old granddaughter, good quality, well cooked. Wine list was reasonably priced and varied....

I've stayed here once before and things remain the same, it is in a lovely location, but the rooms are small stuffy, hot and hardly conducive to a good night's sleep. The coffee sachets contained probably worst excuse for coffee this side of Bucharest. Do not eat here after a woeful breakfast and it is arrogantly expensive, two glasses of...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. In regards to the room we do have fans available at reception (free of charge) and we can also fully open your window for a cool, peaceful sleep – we have all this information in our welcome booklet in your room. With the coffee sachets we pick Fairtrade coffee and we want to...

Stayed for one night, it is a rather long hotel, the room was a family room, so double bed and a pull out sofa bed. Good bathroom towels soft, Internet works fine it's all just what we needed. We were served by Chloe, for dinner a lovely service from her, acknowledged our little one keeping her happy with her ice...

The Aubrey Park has good stylish public rooms and the desk staff were very polite and helpful, deliberately finding us a room away from the possible noise of the function going on that day. However, the lift was old and needed a refurb. The room was, for a 4 star hotel , small and the shower, over the bath, did...

Lovely staff.Nice atmosphere in public areas. Nice room, nice toiletries and toweling robes provided. Bar of Lindt chocolate waiting for us in our room each day - lovely touch for a chocolate lover like myself! There was building work but it didn't bother us.
