We brought my niece and her partner to the Yachtsman's Bar for lunch as it was such a lovely sunny day and the setting is great. I know it was Monday but the menu was disappointingly boring and the food wasn't the best. We both had battered fish and chips, rather cool with congealed mushy peas. Why not a choice...

We stayed at the Master Builders from Thursday to Saturday to celebrate a wedding. From the moment we arrived, our stay could not be faulted and was a total delight. It didn't matter who you encountered-the gardeners, the housekeeping staff, the reception staff, the waiters, management... everyone was doing a superb job, everyone was working really hard and every single...

A two day birthday treat, we took advantage of the Winter Break deal. The room was very comfortable and clean, and we could just see the river from our window. Both of us had been crew on yachts during our lives, the venue was just perfect for us. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, polite and nothing seemed to much...

Lovely hotel and location. Reception staff were not very helpful. Did not really know what was included in our booking. We had a nice walk into Beaulieu and back along the river and had dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was also very good and served by very friendly staff. Unfortunately as we had our dog with us we were charged...

This place surpassed all our expectations in every way. We booked a very reasonably priced two night winter break here for our wedding anniversary. We were treated to a two night stay via a wowcher offer. The hotel itself is beautiful. I little bit off the beaten track, which suited us, but still close enough to all sorts to fill your day. There are a choice of restaurants one being more formal and the other in the bar which is more very good quality...

We booked to meet up with some log-time friends whom we hadn't seen for several years. We had a most comfortable, well-appointed room; dinner and breakfast with our friends. The food was excellent, well-presented and served. The staff were very polite and helpful and made us feel most welcome.
